“This was our first time using Rover. In 10 years of having dogs, we have always boarded them at our Veterinarian or other boarding facilities. We had such a good experience boarding our dog with Jill & Thomas in their home that we'll be using them instead for any future boarding needs. Communication was great from booking all the way through pickup, including them sending pictures and updates while we were away. They have a non-smoking home, which was a requirement for us. We loved that they have a fenced in yard, which our dog is used to, and she got to spend some time around their dogs, which she doesn't get in a 1 pet family. And bonus, they had an extra crate. Since she is used to sleeping in one, this meant that we didn't need to bring ours!”
