About: I have two years experience caring for dogs and love making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to each pet’s needs. I’m currently a college student, so I have classes during the week, but I have a flexible schedule outside of class. About: For my entire life, I have grown up with a dog in my family home. I have experienced first hand how to care for a 2 month old puppy and a 13 year old senior dog. Since the age of 16, I have also watched family friends dogs, either doing overnight stays or routinely check-ins with the dogs. As a graduate student, I have classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On those days, your pup may be home for a few hours while I’m in class, but I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks before I leave and as soon as I return. Outside of my class schedule, I have a flexible routine and spend most of my time at home, so I’ll be able to provide lots of companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll follow all of your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other special care your pet needs. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel the most comfortable. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I love cleaning and doing daily chores, so that will never be a problem for me! About: For as long as I can remember I have loved dogs and animals. My neighbors would always come to me with not only babysitting needs, but also for pet sitting when they went out of town or if they were gone for the day! I love all kinds of dogs and I am very active so I enjoy taking dogs for walks and playing with them inside or outside. My favorite thing to do with my dog is take her hiking or take her to a dog park. I am a registered NICU nurse trying to make some extra money on my days off! I work 3 days a week overnight so that can kind of be hard to work with but I will try to accommodate and work with you as much as possible. Leashes provide safety and reduce risks of problems. At my own home I have a doggie play pen and many outside leashes that are secured into the ground. At your home I am open to your suggestions for what you think is best for your dog!
About: I have raised and trained 3 German Shepherds. I have one cat khloe that I rescued 4 years ago as well. I provided pet sitting services for family and friends, building a loyal client base back home. Since moving to Denver, I am looking to continue caring for pets and providing a loving environment while their owners are away. Although pet care is not my full-time job, I have a passion for animals and enjoy helping create a comfortable space for them. About: I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve just recently introduced a cat into our dog family and it’s been such a pleasure caring for my babies. I would love to do the same for someone else! About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I will regularly keep you updated with visits and can follow whatever special instructions necessary! I’ll treat your pet like family and hopefully keep them from missing you too much. I have a background in teaching swim, which has taught me lots of patience, responsibility, and carefulness. While I am currently away at school, at home I took care of my 2 dogs - feeding them daily, walking them twice a week, and bathing them biweekly. This was part of my responsibilities at home and still help with them when I go home to visit. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
