For cats, I focus on a calm environment, respecting their space while also giving attention, brushing if needed, and interactive play when they’re comfortable. I monitor their behavior and well-being closely to notice any changes in appetite, mood, or health. If medication is required, I administer it carefully according to instructions. I also keep the home tidy, respect house rules, and make sure everything is left clean and secure. I send updates to pet owners so they feel confident and reassured while they’re away.

About: My family has had dogs since before I was born! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and know how to take care of fur babies of all ages :) Almost four years ago I adopted my first cat. Fast forward to today, I am now a mother of two orange special needs kitties. They are my world 🌎 ❤️🐾 I currently work part time and go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On school days, class starts at 9 and I will have an hour and a half between classes to let a pet out to go to the bathroom, feed them, or give them medication. Then I have another class from 1-3. After that, I will be totally free to assist any pets. I also work part time 3-4 days when I do not have school. These are usually 6-8 hour shifts, but I can adjust feedings/walking/medication administration around these times. And when in doubt, I have several well regarded Rover friends that are willing to help out on my longer shifts, with client approval. :-) I have space to keep a crate for overnight visits and live in an apartment complex with some green space to walk and explore. I am also only a few minutes away from five different parks, so lots of options to check out. I have two cats that are dog friendly, but can be separated if the dog is not cat friendly !

Chloe arrived on schedule for four mornings and five evenings to feed, play with and attend the litter box. During the school year, I’m at work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, but I’m available for early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and overnight stays. Weekends are more flexible, though I do work a short 4-hour shift every other Saturday and every Sunday. I treat your home with the utmost respect because I know I’m not just caring for a pet—I’m caring for a member of your family. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been caring for pets since I was 11. I’ve pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors since I was 14. I have volunteered at the SPCA (animal shelter) since I was 16. I now lead my college dog walking/shelter volunteering club (STEP) as vice president, and truly love caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities! About: I have had at least one dog since I was born as I grew up in an animal loving family. For the past 11+ years I’ve been raising my own pack of three rescue dogs who I’ve trained and raised to be extremely social and friendly. They love making new fur friends. I currently work a regular office job, but am fairly flexible with my schedule and am almost always available on weekends (Friday - Sunday) and evenings. I have a completely fenced in yard and three friendly fur babies of my own that would love nothing more than to befriend and play with your dog(s). I can also do house visits to come to your place and give one on one time with your fur baby and make sure they’re safe and comfortable.
