About: I have two years experience caring for dogs and love making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to each pet’s needs. I’m currently a college student, so I have classes during the week, but I have a flexible schedule outside of class. I’m available for drop in visits, walks, and pet care before or after school, i’m more flexible on weekends! I always want pets to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while they’re with me. About: For as long as I can remember I have loved dogs and animals. My neighbors would always come to me with not only babysitting needs, but also for pet sitting when they went out of town or if they were gone for the day! I love all kinds of dogs and I am very active so I enjoy taking dogs for walks and playing with them inside or outside. My favorite thing to do with my dog is take her hiking or take her to a dog park. I am a registered NICU nurse trying to make some extra money on my days off! I work 3 days a week overnight so that can kind of be hard to work with but I will try to accommodate and work with you as much as possible. Leashes provide safety and reduce risks of problems. At my own home I have a doggie play pen and many outside leashes that are secured into the ground. At your home I am open to your suggestions for what you think is best for your dog!

About: I have cared for many pets over the years and even worked as a vet technician for some time. I am keen to the needs of animals. I am a stay at home mom, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your pets. I only spent a few hours away each day. I have a fenced in back yard and great neighborhood for walks. About: For my entire life, I have grown up with a dog in my family home. I have experienced first hand how to care for a 2 month old puppy and a 13 year old senior dog. Since the age of 16, I have also watched family friends dogs, either doing overnight stays or routinely check-ins with the dogs. As a graduate student, I have classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On those days, your pup may be home for a few hours while I’m in class, but I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks before I leave and as soon as I return. Outside of my class schedule, I have a flexible routine and spend most of my time at home, so I’ll be able to provide lots of companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll follow all of your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other special care your pet needs. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel the most comfortable. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I love cleaning and doing daily chores, so that will never be a problem for me! I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. My priority is making sure both you and your pet have peace of mind.

About: Hello! I am a big dog and cat lover! I have 3 cats and 1 dog and have always had animals growing up. I worked at a Vets office for 3 years so I am experienced with all kinds of situations including medication. I have worked with animals of all sizes and ages and am prepared to treat your fur baby as my own ❤️ I do work fulltime, however my weekends and some nights during the week are free. Even though I stay busy, when I am with your baby all focus and love goes to them. I am very meticulous with the care of my babies, my experiences working with many types of pets has only strengthened that! Whether your pup is up for a hike or your kitty just needs a lap to cuddle in, I am the girl for that job!

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
