About: I have cared for many pets over the years and even worked as a vet technician for some time. I am keen to the needs of animals. I am a stay at home mom, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your pets. I only spent a few hours away each day. I have a fenced in back yard and great neighborhood for walks. About: I've had a house full of pets since I was born. We always had at least 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 turtles, and other pets in the house. Chance was my main pet (pitbull) who I personally trained and took care of from the age of 10 until I left for college. I now have a chihuahua named Taako and a fluffy cat named Magnus that I take care of. I've also helped watch cats and dogs of family and friends. I also spend my free time volunteering at Lake Humane Society. I have experience in reading cat temperment (don't want to get bit in a shelter!) and training dogs. “Karen was amazing!! We were traveling in from out-of-town and were very nervous about leaving our pug, Curtis, with a stranger for the first time since we got him a few months ago. Karen was very knowledgeable, and Curtis seemed drawn to her right away, which pretty quickly helped to put us more at ease. Karen was great with Curtis and sent us several fun and cute updates throughout the day about snuggling, playing piano for him, and his unexpectedly strong attachment to her husband Jim. When we picked him up at the end of each day, Curtis seemed happy and confident, which indicated that he had a lot of fun hanging out with Karen (& Jim), and we always stayed an extra 15 minutes to chat. Her house was kind of a drive from where we were staying in downtown Cincinnati, but Karen was well-worth the drive. About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dogs whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. As of August 2026, I finished nursing school and will be doing Rover full-time until I take my NCLEX test to officially become a licensed nurse! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old miniature schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. I'm experienced with dogs of all ages ranging from puppies to seniors. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely). Since graduating college, my schedule is quite literally free 24/7! As mentioned before, Rover will be my full-time job until I get to take my NCLEX and become a licensed nurse. This means your dog will have my full attention and rarely, if at all, be left alone! The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate, you can bring that as well for me to use if this is how your pet is normally kept while left alone.

About: I am over the top when it comes to animals. I typically go above and beyond in play and in care. I love to groom them, go hiking or on extended walks and cuddle! I am currently a nursing student who is trying to make extra money so I can stop working during clinicals. Also I have a small child that I could always use extra money for! About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. About: For my entire life, I have grown up with a dog in my family home. I have experienced first hand how to care for a 2 month old puppy and a 13 year old senior dog. Since the age of 16, I have also watched family friends dogs, either doing overnight stays or routinely check-ins with the dogs. As a graduate student, I have classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. About: I’ve helped out with family pets my entire life (dogs, cats fish, guinea pigs, birds, rats) but in my early 20’s rescued a Doberman/blue heeler mix on my own. He is high anxiety and medicated twice daily for epileptic seizures, so medicine is also something I’m comfortable with. I also now have a Maine coon cat who is 10, a 3 yr old shepherd, cane corso, mastiff mix with 3 paws and a 3 yr old golden/ Pyrenees mix. I work daytime hours MWF, so I’m available for drop ins before and/or after work on those days. On T/TH, I’m available for drop ins or walks during the morning and afternoons :) For the care and safety of both the clients pets and my own, I would prefer to care for clients pets in their own homes.

I now have a chihuahua named Taako and a fluffy cat named Magnus that I take care of. I've also helped watch cats and dogs of family and friends. I also spend my free time volunteering at Lake Humane Society. I have experience in reading cat temperment (don't want to get bit in a shelter!) and training dogs. I work full time 9-5 during the week from home but I can help during a lunch break, after work any time, or on weekends! I will work to whatever your comfort level is for your pets! My chihuahua is distrustful of strangers so I entirely understand if your animals need some time to warm up to me.
About: I have always have tiny little mutts running around since I was little and my love for animals has grown tremendously into adult hood! I love all animals in any size. My experience comes from taking care of my own pets as well as family, friends, and neighbors! I graduated Highschool early and working part time, my job is very flexible and knows that my pet care comes first! Im pretty available on most days of the week I have a gated back yard, with 3 doggies that are loving. They have their own “house” and I am easily able to put them in or out!
About: I have taken care of dogs for family and friends, I have also taken care of horses for the past 10 years. I previously worked for 2 different doggy daycares. I am currently unemployed, so pet care will be my number one priority, and I absolutely love animals so I will always have time for them. About: I have cared for many pets over the years and even worked as a vet technician for some time. I am keen to the needs of animals. I am a stay at home mom, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your pets. I only spent a few hours away each day. I have a fenced in back yard and great neighborhood for walks. About: I have over 15 years of hands-on experience with dogs and currently live with four large working dogs, (German Shepherds). I operate a Kennel, where I work with dogs through training and boarding, and I am actively involved in dog sports and AKC and UKC conformation. My experience is primarily with working breeds, including high-drive and energetic dogs, but I have worked with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and personalities. I enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual and adjusting their care accordingly. Some dogs thrive on activity and training, while others need more time to settle in and feel comfortable. Dogs are a significant part of my everyday life, so caring for them is not something I have to fit around my lifestyle. It is simply part of it. I work a hybrid job, so my daytime schedule varies depending on which days I am working from home or in the office. Regardless of my work schedule, my early mornings and evenings are dedicated to the dogs and I spend multiple hours on my property interacting with them. A typical day includes outdoor time, exercise, individual attention, play, training or enrichment, and periods of quiet rest. I use a structured crate-and-rotate routine so that each dog gets intentional time out of their crate rather than simply being left loose for the sake of being "out." This structure allows me to give each dog meaningful one-on-one time while also making sure they have adequate opportunities to rest. I adjust the amount and type of activity based on the individual dog's age, energy level, and personality. I operate a successful dog training and board-and-train business outside of Rover, giving me extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and needs. This includes puppies, seniors, high-drive working dogs, and dogs requiring additional structure or individualized care. My home is located on a fenced property with space for supervised outdoor time and enrichment. Dogs are never left outside unattended, and Rover dogs are kept separate from my personal dogs to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. As a professional dog trainer, I am experienced in canine behavior, safe handling practices, and recognizing changes in a dog’s health or behavior. I keep a canine first aid kit readily available and take a proactive approach to supervision, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness.
