About: We’ve taken care of our own dogs, cats, horses, chickens, geese, ducks, rabbits, birds, small rodents, fish, and goats. Pam has trained and competed in obedience. We care for each others and other family pets and neighbors animals. We are also very plant and garden friendly. Our schedule is centered around our pets. Otherwise, we are retired and have a great deal of flexibility with just a bit of notice. #LGBTQIA #BLM We are available to come do drop in visits in your home and provide pet enrichment, entertainment, and plenty of love. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs most of my life. I’ve been trusted by neighbors, families, and friends to take care of their furbabies while they’ve been out of town. I trained my husky when she was a puppy, and trained my shepherd/husky mix after rescuing her from the shelter. I’m currently unemployed, so my schedule is very open! Whether you need me to stay at your house or just drop in to let your furbabies out, I’ll be available. I’ll make sure to keep your furbabies on whatever schedule they’re used to. Whether it’s for feeding, being let out to go potty, medications, etc. I’ll give them a lot of attention and make sure they feel loved while you’re gone!

About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)

“We completely trust Bethany to take excellent care of our pets. She won over our super anxious dog within two hours. That's a record for this dog! She was able to administer eye drops for our oldest dog - something that commonly takes two of us to do. And for our youngest who loves to fetch, play tug, and wrestle, Bethany would play until our boy was ready for a nap. One of our dogs showed unusual behavior, including not eating breakfast (especially worrisome behavior for a dachshund). Bethany was super calm and upbeat while she worked with us to troubleshoot. (Our dog was just stressed. This was the first time in his young life that both parents were gone overnight.) when it became clear he was the issue, she canceled a short outing she had planned for later in the day in order to make his care her top priority. Bethany is an excellent communicator, both by text and by phone. And prompt. Tell her when to arrive, and she will be there at that time. Before we moved to Las Cruces a year and a half ago, we had the same dog/house sitter for 15 years. We dreaded having to find a new one. We are thrilled (not an exaggeration) to have found someone so good on our first try!”
