I care for Stella 24/7 but when we have company, I like to get up around 7am and plan my days around the dogs/animals I have the opportunity to take care of. From the beaches, to the mountains and canyons in between, I enjoy making my lifestyle an active one and enjoy bringing dogs along with me. When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.

About: My name is Christina and would love to help take care of your dog. I have summer breaks and work earlier in the day. I love dogs and have taken care of dogs and pups for years. In addition, I have my own dogs and I absolutely love them, their names are Elsa (8) and Rubble (6). Both of our dogs are rescues. I love animals and grew up with animals taking care of them and taking long walks. If you are on vacation, I am someone you can rely on and will send pictures or any updates needed during the day. During the year, I do work full time but can walk dogs during the evening. My cellphone is the best way to reach me and ask for availability over the summer (call or text). Please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you need or have questions about the rates I have provided. During my usual work week I get up pretty early around 5:30am at the latest, and then get out of work at 3:30pm-4:30pm. The weekends I am pretty flexible on times I can come in to help with dog sitting and/or dog walking. Over the summer I have the most time to dedicate to help care for your pup, longer walks, and I can focus more on training. I have a backyard and plenty of treats, leashes, etc. Since I am a dog owner myself I also have an extra crate if needed. In my own home, my pets sleep in our bed and both of our dogs have gone through dog training, so they know basic commands such as sit, down, high five, touch, and leave it just to name a few. Any rules you have implemented for your own pups or medication you need given I will help out with that and make sure the dog has the best care. I understand especially with feeding schedules and medication piece because our youngest pup recently went through heartworm treatments (and now heartworm neg thank goodness!). About: Wondering why my rate might be different than another sitter’s? Rover takes a huge portion of the price you see listed. Please feel free to message me about services i can provide or waive; and I am more than willing to negotiate a fair price depending on the level of care your pup needs! I am able to provide a luxury boarding service at a beautiful, large, home with a massive pet safe backyard! We even have a pool if your pup loves to swim. I provide basic training (unless you prefer I don’t!) and I have a bachelors in art from a prestigious university- so I will provide as many photos and videos as you’d like for free- and can also offer photo shoot and portrait painting (either digital or traditional) services, which can be great for getting your pup at their most comfortable when meeting a photographer or painter! (Since Rover is now claiming copyright over my own photos of your pups, any photoshoot photos with great potential for paintings will need to be sent to you separately if you request them!) I can provide one on one time, I never leave dogs alone unless requested, and I provide your dog all the cuddles and playtime they want! Since it can be better for both me and you, we can negotiate rates for all services based on your preferences- I won’t ask you to pay for something your pup wouldn’t benefit from! I am American Red cross Cat and Dog First Aid certified, updated very recently. I’ve taken care of my family pets since I was four years old, and got my first dog of my own, a teacup yorkie named Sophie, who was my support dog when I was around 13 years old. Ever since then I’ve had a wonderful support dog named Tommy, and now I currently am training my dog Stevie and my puppy, Chloe to be psychiatric service dogs, working with a professional trainer who thinks I’m a natural! I am a great trainer and I am more than happy to offer that service if you’d like, but i’m not a certified trainer yet! I know pet first aid and cpr. I also had another puppy who lived for just under a year, who passed during a routine anesthesia procedure, which was devastating, but now I know she lives on in my puppy Chloe. I am disabled (chronic lower back pain) but i have mobility aids, can walk around your home/my home unaided, can carry small dogs if requested, and can take your pup out as many times as you’d like. I have a HUGE backyard with plenty of grass, and so I can play with the pups/be outside with them as much as you’d like! Currently in the house here I have Stevie and Chloe, but they can be crated/in a separate part of the house as much as you’d like. I will have one of my parents home so they can keep them 100% completely out of sight if that’s your preference! I’m looking to become a dogsitter because, honestly, dogs are my favorite, and i love connecting with dogs with positive reinforcement and love! I’m so beyond excited for the opportunity to meet your dogs! (And maybe even paint them for you, too!) I currently work remotely part time so i’ll be home all day and all night, and i make my own hours so I can take pretty much any job, any time, for any length of time. When i’m at home without any other pups here, I take care of my dogs Stevie and Chloe full time. They sleep with me (unless you’d rather your pup sleep up here!) so have special puppy guards on the bed so they don’t accidentally fall off while they sleep up here ever! If you’d like, i can keep my dogs with one of my parents so your pups don’t interact. I have a big fenced yard that not even the smallest puppy could get out from! I have two extremely well behaved soon to be service dogs that i’m currently training, They are very small Yorkies, Stevie is 6 years old and about 7 pounds, and Chloe is 5 months and about 2.5 pounds. They can be involved as much or as little as you prefer, but all dogs in our home need to be fully vaccinated please. In your home, I would do everything a dog needs, I’d make sure water is full and available 24/7, i’d take your pups out for playing/potty breaks as often as you’d prefer, i’d feed them and give medication if needed (i have lots of experience giving puppies, adult, and senior dogs medications!) If you let me know your preferences, i’m sure i can treat your dog with so much care and love, and help them feel their routines aren’t too different then they are with you, if that’s your preference! And I LOVE dog cuddles, and cat cuddles! Also, my brother is a vet tech that works at Rancho Bernardo Vetrinary Clinic so I have him, my vet, and my trusted vet emergency hospital all on speed dial, just in case! If needed I can hop in a car and take your pups to the park, the vet, the er, to get groomed, etc. (I will never put your dog in my car without consent, of course!!)

About: Hello! I currently have 1 English bulldog. I used to have a Rottweiler, a Yorkshire terrier, and 2 pugs who recently passed (RIP). Recently, I’ve dog-sat an English bulldog (who had a laundry list of health issues and daily medications and needed to be walked at least three times a day) for about three weeks. I’ve also recently cat-sat for about a week! I also have experience dog-sitting a little French bulldog puppy. That being said, I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Additionally, I’m looking to gain more experience taking care of cats. I love all animals, and I love taking care of them. When your dogs come over, I’ll be taking care of them but so will the rest of my family. We’re obviously a dog family, so we will give them so much love and attention! We also have a big backyard and other friendly dogs for them to play with. I can’t wait to walk with your dogs! I just moved back home from New York City, and I miss all the walking so much.
