About: I have grown up around pets especially dogs all my life. I have a sweet little dog named Taco Toast. I am looking forward to taking care of dogs and making them comfortable while their owner is away. All my friends ask me to take care of their dogs when they leave town because they know they will be in good hands. My townhouse is big, clean and comfortable. I live in Golden Hill and love it. Lots of good places to go on walks near by. My experience ranges from tiny toy dogs to large labs to over 120 pound dogs. I am happy to stay at your house as well. Also happy to check in on your pup or cat. I have experience living with cats as well and taking taking of cats when my friends have left town. I work remote from home and can be with your pup! I will change my routine to fit any needs as I can be flexible. I make sure each animal is safe and has what they need. I care for Stella 24/7 but when we have company, I like to get up around 7am and plan my days around the dogs/animals I have the opportunity to take care of. From the beaches, to the mountains and canyons in between, I enjoy making my lifestyle an active one and enjoy bringing dogs along with me. When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.

About: I’ve always had pets in my household and I’ve also worked at Petsmart with grooming for over 2 years. I currently have an amazing cat named halo that works well with both dogs and cats. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have over 20 years of hands on experience caring for them. I have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family and always provide plenty of playtime, cuddles, and updates. I currently don’t work so I am free besides on school days, even then I’m only gone for about 4 hours so I’m never leaving the dogs alone for too long. I have my own 3 dogs at home but if needed they can stay in their crate. I usually keep mine in theirs when I’m gone because they can get a bit mischievous, I also have a play pen in case your fur baby doesn’t like crates but also have an extra one if you’re okay with them being in one.

About: My name is Christina and would love to help take care of your dog. I have summer breaks and work earlier in the day. I love dogs and have taken care of dogs and pups for years. In addition, I have my own dogs and I absolutely love them, their names are Elsa (8) and Rubble (6). Both of our dogs are rescues. I love animals and grew up with animals taking care of them and taking long walks. If you are on vacation, I am someone you can rely on and will send pictures or any updates needed during the day. During the year, I do work full time but can walk dogs during the evening. My cellphone is the best way to reach me and ask for availability over the summer (call or text). During my usual work week I get up pretty early around 5:30am at the latest, and then get out of work at 3:30pm-4:30pm. The weekends I am pretty flexible on times I can come in to help with dog sitting and/or dog walking. Over the summer I have the most time to dedicate to help care for your pup, longer walks, and I can focus more on training. I have a backyard and plenty of treats, leashes, etc. Since I am a dog owner myself I also have an extra crate if needed. In my own home, my pets sleep in our bed and both of our dogs have gone through dog training, so they know basic commands such as sit, down, high five, touch, and leave it just to name a few. I understand that everyone's family is different and I respect that. Any rules you have implemented for your own pups or medication you need given I will help out with that and make sure the dog has the best care. I understand especially with feeding schedules and medication piece because our youngest pup recently went through heartworm treatments (and now heartworm neg thank goodness!). During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
