About: My house is a great place for dogs to stay in the Brainerd Lakes area, I have plenty of room in the house, and have 13 acres of wooded property for them to enjoy when we go outside! ***Fall 2023 update**** I now have a fenced in backyard to utilize with pups coming over to visit! I have had a dog of my own growing up for 12 years. Currently, though I do not have any dogs. I used to volunteer part-time to train future service puppies for the blind for over 3 years. ( I have worked with 9 or 10 dogs in the Leader Dog for the Blind program) I have a flexible schedule, and I'm always willing to figure out a solid plan with potential people who need a sitter for their awesome furry friends. I am capable of working and looking after dogs with medical needs as well :). I have worked in probation, law enforcement, corrections, and mental health for over 11 years now. I am a very energetic person who enjoys exercising, and enjoy bringing dogs for walks. I have been on Rover for 4 years I enjoy traveling the world in my free time. ***I respond to requests generally within 10 minutes*** I have a pretty flexible schedule so I will do my best to assist with whatever drop off or pick up time you may have :). I now have a fenced in area in my backyard. My driveway is about a 1/4 mile from my house to the road so traffic is not a concern. I can crate if requested.

About: I have a ton of experience training and caring for animals, mostly dogs, as I have 2 German Shepherds of my own. Both were trained and raised by me. I have always loved animals + taking care of them, and I also volunteer at a Horse Rescue Ranch when I have the time. I am also going to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine !! Right now I am busy with High School Sports, so I am not working for an actual company at the moment but I will definitely have the time after school and on weekends! :) I have taken care of many pets for people while they are away or busy. I always treat them as my own, and make sure they get enough physical exercise along with just play time and or anything else.

About: Hey there! My name is Jennifer, and I absolutely love animals! I have been lucky enough to have doggos in my home pretty much my whole life. I’ve also volunteered at rescues, so I have some experience with many different dog breeds, personalities, and temperaments. I specifically have experience with caring for short-nosed breeds, such as English and French bulldogs, pugs, etc and all that entails. Deaf dogs, senior dogs, medical dogs, puppies…. No problem! If you have to be out of the house, whether for work, vacation, or other commitments leaving your pet alone for a stretch, I’m available to make sure they get some attention and time outside while you do what you need to do! I’ll take care of your fur kiddos, so they feel loved and happy. We can go for a nice long walk to get some energy out, play fetch, or just bum around the house while I give your baby all my attention. I’ve had experience with dogs big and small, rescues who weren’t social with other dogs and needed to be walked away from other pups, giving medicine.... you name it! I’d be happy to take social dogs out to parks, or on longer stays, I’m happy to take your pup paddle boarding or kayaking if you’d like. About: I have a young puppy myself and a very flexible schedule that allows me to let my dog and yours out as many times a day as needed. My schedule allows for morning play time, nap time during my shift with frequent breaks outside, and afternoons/evenings to play together. I am still working on training with my puppy and would be happy to work with yours as well! I currently work part-time Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm remotely. My schedule is very flexible and I am typically spend my morning walking my dog and then afternoons playing outside with my dog. I live on 1.1 acre. My dog is on a remote vibrate collar which is how we trained her. She does not leave the yard. We have plenty of trees that could be used for a tie out and leashed walks. I always supervise my dog while outdoors and your dog would never be left unattended outside. Inside we have a gated off area that I use for my home office that your dog could be closely monitored while I work.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was about 10, my dad is a hunter so I grew up with dogs - puppies all the way to seniors. We've had 3 litters of puppies so I have experience with the youngsters! Currently, we have 4 English Setters ranging from age 2-11. My schedule is currently pretty flexible during the summer! I work at a cafe about 4 days a week but free most nights. You can message me with any questions! About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I am comfortable with dogs all breeds and sizes! I own a large german wired hair pointer lab and have a love for giant pups! I am currently an online student and have plenty of time to care for pups! I am mostly available in the morning time for walks! About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 rescue dogs, both neutered ages 3 and 4. I have participated in obedience classes. I am also working on getting my dog training certification. I have worked as a kennel assistant for 2 + years. During this time, I have had the pleasure of working with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have also administered medications including insulin. I also have 2 cats and my kids have a guinea pig, rabbit, and bearded dragon. I also volunteer/foster dogs for a local rescue. I work part time at the kennel, so availability does vary depending on the week. Daily my pups get fed twice and let out as often as needed. I have a 6ft privacy fenced yard to keep the pups safe. Including a "safety square" to prevent the pups from escaping one of the gates. As far as your home, I will be able to accommodate whatever your safety measures are for your home

About: I’ve been around and taken care of pets since I was a child. I have experience with animals with health issues as well, so that’s no problem! I also volunteered at the Morrison County Humane Society in high school. I’m a college student during the school year and do not have a full time job. I pick up hours as the weeks go on, so pet care is a perfect opportunity to let me be productive while also loving it. I will not care for animals in my home as I live in an apartment complex. I will gladly come to your home and travel within my area.

About: "I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I'm also well know for rehabilitating strays to new homes I have a job from 2-10pm please keep this in mind when hiring me I will not be requesting time off under any circumstances. But I stay happy by taking care of animals I used to take in strays and rehabilitate them in my spare time but I now have a roommate and she won't let me do that. Anymore so I figured I could get another job involving animal care and my friend referred me to rover an so far I'm really excited for my first client. I am in doors only I have a dog yard at my apartment and a patio I take walks but mainly qe play inside but I have tons of time to play I have an open schedule! So I have tons of time to play and watch how the fur babies. I take them for walks we have a dog park at my apartment there's a dog park down the road I play wit them with toys I love going then treats and cuddling with them I have a patio. And a dog park available and I walk them and play with then they have full access to my home an di love to spoil my visitors I love taking care of your pets weekly routines are important which is why I try to ask questions before hand so I follow everything to a T. I have cats myself I know how routines are necessary to keep both you and your pet happy as I do it myself at home with my own fur babies. I follow the instructions left by the owner I'm well adverse in pet care whatever your schedule and routine with ur pet is I will follow I know just how important that is I do require an imperson tour before hand to discuss instructions and meet ur pet etc.

About: i have dog sat for multiple people and love all dogs/ cats. i have experience with puppies and also older dogs. i would prefer to not have the dog be aggressive if possible. i have also taken care of a couple cats and would feel comfortable doing that also! Right now i am working around 30 hours a week but i work during the day so i’ll be able to let them out and i don’t work full 8 hour shifts so they wouldn’t be home alone too long! I will make sure to follow all the instructions you give me while taking care of your pets, because i know they’re your family and i wouldn’t want anything to happen to them.

About: Rised on a hobby farm so grew up with all sorts of animals. My very own puppy came to me when i was 12 years old and have had a fur baby pretty much since. Have had some training in puppy classes and obedience. Have work with Bark Busters of the Twin Cities. Over the last 6 plus years I have joined a pet service company based out of the Twin Cities who specialize in doggy day care, dog walks, pet sitting for vacation clients in their home and also in our home. Pets come first. Working from home gives us the flexibility to care for your pets 24/7. Plenty of exercise, play time and of course scratches and love time. When pets come into our home we treat them as if they are our own. Currently the big back yard is not fenced in, however that will be changing very soon. In the meantime we will be going on more walks and being outside with your pets on a leash. We have one furbaby, and he is definitely a spoiled baby. If for some reason our pets do not get along, we will have a separation for our pets to keep all safe and yet still make sure that your pet feels like they are at their 2nd home. We will customized your home habits as you request. Crated as needed or want by our clients.

About: I had a dog growing up for several years where I not only took care of, but she was also my friend and companion! Growing up with a dog was a good responsibility and taught me how to care for something else. I’m currently in occupational therapy school and I have a month and a half break where I am looking to earn some extra cash! I would be available on weekdays or weekends.
