“Jamie was excellent!! I have never used a pet sitting app before but Jamie made me feel so comfortable and I could tell from the meet and greet that my cat really liked her! She was so thorough with all of the check-ins and let me know how he was eating, drinking and using the litter box. She also took so many photos and videos and it was so nice seeing how my cat was doing while I was away. Thank you so much!!”

“Lori did a wonderful job watching my pets! She does a great job following the directions I leave for her and she spends lots of quality time with them while I am away. She always gives prompt updates and sends plenty of photos!”

“This was our first experience with Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. It's easy to say that Colleen set the bar very high! She was very communicative, which we really appreciated, and seemed to have a genuine care for our cats. When one of them had a slight health issue, she offered to take it to the vet for us which didn't end up being necessary after all. Any apprehension to using Rover is now behind us and we know that we can confidently go on vacation in the future knowing that Colleen will take great care of our pets. Great job Colleen!”

“Amazing communication while we were gone for two weeks! I have two cats and while one is a little scaredy cat and hid, my other one loved her so much! They had pet seshes everyday 😊”

“Taylor was wonderful! She sent me pictures every time she came and she was very kind to the cats. She also gave them some toys, which was very generous and kind. :)”

About: Hi! I’m new to the area and looking forward to getting to know it (and your pups!) through dog walking. I have previous dog walking and pet sitting experience in Washington DC and Tennessee, and have had dogs all my life, ranging from ~5 pounds to over 150. I’ve recently relocated to the area, and I love hanging out with dogs and being outside with them. I’m hoping to fill my days until my job starts in August and continue walking on a part time basis after then. My number one priority is your dog(s)’ safety and comfort. Whether you’re looking for a once off or a steady dog walker, I look forward to meeting and working with your dog to make sure they are relaxed, well taken care of, and with someone they can trust.

About: I've had dogs my whole life. I recently had to rehome our dog, but I am looking to walk/run/hangout with a dog that I can hangout with as well. I do work full time, but am looking to help if someone needs a morning walk or afternoon walk. I could also do some hours on the weekend if needed and I am not busy. I do not plan on caring in my own home as we have a baby. I really just am looking to walk a dog. Thanks.

About: I have a dog, two cats, and four reptiles. I have experience with rodents, chickens, horses, snakes, fish, geckos, skinks. I am willing to gain more experience! I work at an emergency vet hospital with dogs and cats and part time elsewhere. I’m just trying to get myself into school to be a vet tech! It’s every day! I have my own and they need taken care of! They are fed and tended to twice a day. I work usually sundays-Tuesdays. We can talk more specifics! It depends on location-I’d be more flexible depending distance and work. I am in an apartment so I cannot have more pets in my home. I also have a grumpy old man dog so it wouldn’t be a good fit. I am comfortable going and letting pets out or walking them. I unfortunately can’t stay overnight at houses since I live alone with my own animals.

“Cheyenne is absolutely fantastic! I have her take care of my puppy on a regular basis while I work and I couldn't be happier with the work she does! She always lets me know what happens when she visits, is extremely reliable, is flexible to work with my schedule, and I always come home to a happy puppy. I'd recommend her to anyone! ?”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for pets of all shapes and sizes. Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to animals—whether it was visiting petting zoos, catching frogs and turtles, or checking in on my neighbor’s reptiles. I grew up with dogs, a cat, a parakeet, and even hermit crabs, and now as an adult, I’ve had the joy of owning my dream dog—a gentle Great Dane. My daughter shares my love of animals and has a sweet little Pomeranian, and we’re currently enjoying caring for her classroom’s guinea pig for the summer! I work from home with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time and availability to care for your pets with love and attention. I’m available for in-your-home care (especially when my kids are with their dad), as well as check-ins and walks throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, and late evenings. Whether your pet needs some playtime, a walk, or just some company, I’d love to help! “Sarah was our first experience with Rover and it was a great one! She was very responsive and flexible with her availability over a holiday weekend. The needs of our kittens were met with her daily visits and the pictures she sent were reassuring that they were just fine while we were gone. Thank you, Sarah!”

About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and currently work as a dog bather in Okemos! I am also going to grooming school, and set to graduate in September! I’ve cared for animals all my life. This includes cows, pigs, dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, guinea hens, sheep and I even have a gecko! I have shown cows and sheep at the county fair, so don’t worry if you have a large dog that likes to pull or play tug of war! I worked at an animal shelter dealing with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I hang out with my siblings often who also have dogs, a cane corso and two elkhound mixes, and we’ve had labs and pomeranians in the past. I have bathed, trimmed nails, and given oral/topical medications to dogs, cats, sheep, and cows. I am also open to taking care of any other pets or farm animals you may have! I work two to three days a week at Dog Gone Fun in Okemos, and do three days of school at Animal Crackers in Hartland. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask! I have cared for a variety of dogs- different breeds, all ages, all temperaments. I grew up with dogs my whole life (among other animals), and I have learned a lot from my experiences about how to read an animals body language.

About: In 2019, I started my journey foster raising puppies for PAWS with a Cause, an organization that custom trains service dogs. I raised 4 PAWS dogs, keeping them from 8 weeks to a year old. My first 2 actually became certified service dogs! In between fostering, I also raised 2 keeper puppies of my own. I have a female 4 year old lab, a female 1 year old golden, and a male chocolate lab puppy who came home with us at the end of June. Safe to say I'm addicted. I work remotely which gives me the flexibility to take my dogs out as they need. I go into the office on Tuesdays for a full day, however, I am able to take a long lunch if needed to take dogs out. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly dogs at home. I have crate-trained dogs. I have taken my own babies to countless dog training classes, picking up a lot of knowledge of dog behavior.

About: I have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember! I grew up with 3 dog's in my life and I think about them every day! And I’m super happy to meet your dogs too!! I have had bosses, close friends and family members all come to me so I could watch their dog whenever they need me to! I’ll gladly send you a video or picture updates of us playing together or taking them on walks! My schedule is relatively flexible since I only work a few days a week at my job at five guys right now! I am home most of the time so Jade and I are always playing together and basically are attached to each others hips most of the day😭 most of the time she takes a nap after we finish playing because she gets so tired Since I am home so much my schedule is very open and flexible :) In my home my cat and I are almost always together! Besides the essentials I love to give Jade treats, bring home a bunch of toys and spoil her. For your pets I will be playing with them and if you request I can walk them as well! I will send photos or video updates of us hanging out!!

As I take care of my own dogs and they are never left alone more than a few hours, the same will be done with your pet! I have a fenced yard about 4 acres plus a small area for dogs who needed to be excericised confined. I have crates and kennels for the dogs with their own bedding and it all gets bleached once a week. Plus a full furnished basement with crates so your pet can be loose downstairs with me!

I would also love to focus on finishing my college degree as well! I live in an apartment that has a doggy park next to it. I can help train your puppy as I helped train my dogs when they were puppies!

About: I have a lot of free time during the week and weekends to take very good care of your animals. I have watched dogs for others occasionally and have had no problems. Also I have watched my moms dogs (She had 4) since I was little since my parents would be at work so I have gained a lot of experience. I will be very kind and caring to your dog/cat and I am positive they will have tons of fun while I watch them. Feel free to contact me at any point to check in on your furry friend! Jamie R. R.
“Jamie would be a great person to walk/run your dog. I first knew him as the guy at track club with his dog. Over the years we have become good friends and I have been on many a run with Jamie and his dogs. He is very responsible as a pet owner and would make for a dependable and courteous walker/runner. Lastly, as a runner and biker, he knows how to be safe and aware when he is out on a trail, path, or sidewalk.”

Addison S.

Lihi R.
“Lihi is one of the few people I trust with my animals. Having my dogs taken care of by Lihi is truly peace of mind for me. For my dogs she is an extension of my family, sometimes I think they actually prefer her. She is so pleasant professional and you and your dog will not be disappointed with her.”

Shelbie V.
“Shelbie is the best person who I trust with my dog. She makes sure he gets his exercise and all the treats he deserves. My dog absolutely loves her, his tail never stops wagging. Anytime she comes to see him, he brings a toy to her. He loves going for walks. My dog is always happy when she is around. Mydog will wait at the front door and when she walks in, he just jumps for joy. She's very good at listening and learning the needs of your pets. I recommend Shelbie to care for your pets. She's a very gentle and sweet , and lover of all animals. And most of all my dog loves her.”
