“Peter was so great with our austrailian shepherd puppy. He took him for long walks and played with him while we were at work so he could get some energy out and get fresh air. Our puppy was always so scared to walk down the stairs so, Peter would carry him down every day when he came over to help. He treated him like he was his own. You can tell he really loves working with animals. He kept us updated with every little thing. If he got into something he wasn't supposed to,he would make us aware. We would definitely recommend Peter to others if they are looking for dog care.”

About: Growing up with dogs, I've always had a love for taking care of and making sure all dogs - big or small - feel loved, safe, and comfortable. At my previous place of work, I often watched my coworkers dogs in their homes while they were away. Whether its couch snuggles or early morning walks, I'm here for it! My ability to really listen to and hear what a dog needs sets me apart from other sitters; I firmly believe that there is so much more to a dog than people give them credit. They are such intelligent individuals with a raw sense of joy that it would be an absolute honor to get to spend time watching your furry friend! I am currently a full-time barista - but I have a fairly flexible schedule that will still allow for lots of walk and play time! While my current place of living does not permit for pets, I am more than comfortable taking care of pets in their own homes while owners are away. Your beloved dog's safety and comfort is of highest importance to me! As I mentioned, I cannot currently offer boarding surfaces -- but I am eager to help out and take care of a pet in a client's home (check-ins/overnights). Not only will I be respectful of the space itself, but I will also be sure to attune to the needs of the dog in their home as I am a guest while I am there. This includes learning all necessary information head of time about the home, how to access needed things, and asking any lingering questions so that there is no question of your pet's comfort and safety in your time away.

“Joe has been great and is full of love for the dogs he boards and spends all day with them, gave them baths, sent us frequent pictures and videos, he has a great, perfectly kept yard, sturdy fence and pools for the dogs to swim and keep cool in the summer. His dogs are well-behaved and get along great with other dogs, including mine and he was flexible and more than willing to watch all three of our dogs at once. His home also has enough space to partition dogs that don’t get along if needed. He is experienced with medications and was able to soothe one of our dogs having a seizure without issue. We highly recommend him to anyone and everyone and we will continue to board our dogs with him for many years to come.”
