Nozima exceeded all our expectations. She kept us constantly updated with photos and videos and was super responsive. Her daughter really bonded with our dogs too. It honestly felt like our pups were on a little vacation themselves. We’d happily book with Nozima and her daughter again anytime! :)
My dogs enjoyed staying with Monica so much that they didn’t even want to rush home! When I got there to pick them up they were crashed on her couch and seemed so comfortable. Granted it was late and past their bedtime which was one of the reasons I chose Monica is that she was very accommodating for late night pick ups which I had to do because of my flight. She is very knowledgeable and handled giving medications and my special needs senior boy Dobby. My very nervous newly rescued mini Dachshund seemed at home with her. She is also very professional and let me see her place before booking and meet her very well behaved dog. She kept me updated with very cute photos and texts. I am so grateful to have found her!
I can’t recommend Derek enough! He took excellent care of Wolfie for a full week—she looked so happy and relaxed in every photo and video he sent. It was clear she was having a great time, and I never had to worry about her once. Such a relief knowing she was in such good hands!
Bean always comes back tired with Marisela & her pup Artie. We truly appreciate how flexible she was in regard to timing, from last minute boarding to modifying pick up times last minute. Bean has such a lovely time every time & I know she’s in good, attentive hands. We’ve had one of our best doggy daycare experiences with Marisela & Artie. Thank you so much!!
Nelson and Nancy continue to come through for us. We were really stretched thin when a family member unexpectedly ended up in the hospital. They were so wonderful, understanding, and flexible with our ever-changing schedule that happens in these cases. They removed so much stress from an already intense situation and we can't thank them enough!
Hector was an amazing pet sitter. He often reassured me on what my puppy, Tsuki, was doing each day. He would send multiple pictures and videos of her walks and when she would eat and drink, and even play. I would most definitely choose Hector in a heartbeat again for future stays.
Tawny did a great job taking care of Ruby! I was actually able to enjoy myself on my trip knowing that Ruby was not only safe but she was happy. Tawny sent me photos and updates daily to help put myself at ease. Ruby had the best time and was all tuckered out when she came back home. I will definitely use Tawny again!
Shortly after I dropped Zenji off for his second stay with Tommy, Zenji injured his dew claw. Tommy immediately contacted me and sent photos and asked how I would like to address the issue. It was a scary situation and I felt badly that Tommy had to handle this extra care. However, I appreciated that I could trust Tommy to assess the situation as a non-emergency. He kept me updated on Zenji's condition and had prompt responses to my texts. Tommy also adhered to Zenji's detailed medication schedule. I really appreciate Tommy's professionalism and reliability. I highly recommend him as a sitter!
Marsha was outstanding! As soon as you meet her, you know there is a gentleness about her and our dog Evie knew too. Evie has certain anxieties, being a rescue, but Marsha overcame them with her over the course of the weekend. By day 2, Evie let her pick her up and was even playing with her toy (definitely a sign of being relaxed) by the end of the weekend. And Marsha communicated with texts and pictures all throughout. Would definitely recommend Marsha again, highly!!!
This is our second time boarding our Golden retriever Chutney with Kiel. Kiel is easy to communicate with and takes chutney on fun adventures like hikes and walks on the boardwalk. Chutney seemed well exercised and happy on his return home which is all we can hope for! We will definitely board with Kiel again.
