“I trust Reena with my dog more than anyone else at this point. When my dog runs to their house at drop off, that tells me a lot. She always sends pictures and videos, but not too much :) She keeps you posted and updates you at least twice a day. She is also very accommodating when I was running late or arriving early. Amazing person and a loving family.”

She’s great with communicating and providing videos/photos during boarding and I feel relieved knowing I can bring my dog to her whenever I need. She was flexible and watched my dog even when she was busy with work, she also let me know bloo was a pleasure to have around and that’s always nice to hear. I’ve never seen her so excited to see any other sitter and it’s nice to see how much she cares for bloo. “Patricia was fantastic, it was our first time that our pooch visited and Rudy could not have been happier. She has an open home and went out of her way to make sure Rudy was comfortable. With her cats, Patricia knew how to introduce them so Rudy would make friends with all the animals there (the house is set up so they can keep separate if needed). We received pictures of Rudy, and I really could not have been happier with the care. Her high rating is well deserved, will book again, thanks Patricia!”

He went above and beyond for Nuggie, even giving him a homemade, dog-safe Christmas dinner. He kept us updated daily with pictures and videos of walks and trips to the dog park. When we unexpectedly had to reschedule our return flight due to bad weather, Aaron kindly accommodated our request to keep Nuggie one more night. We are so happy that Aaron gave Nuggie a safe, fun place to stay while we were away.”
