About: I love dogs and have two of my own. I ran a dog rescue for several years so I'm experienced with many different breeds, energy levels, and personality types. I'm very active and walk every day. I'd love to take your dog out for a walk or just drop by to check on them during the day, whatever you need! I'm also experienced with administering medication and would be happy to do so if necessary. Cuddles and positive reinforcement are always part of every visit! I'm currently working part time from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your dog(s) and/or cat(s). Same day appointments are okay as long as I have room in my schedule. I personalize care for each pet and each situation. I love getting to know my clients and making every visit perfect for them. I'm happy to stop by and meet your pet before you hire me so that everyone is familiar and comfortable.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for 10 plus years! I have 2 Doberman Pinchers that are my whole world! I am comfortable with both large and small dogs and have a soft spot for Dobermans, Labs, and German Shepherds! We do not crate our dogs, but do have a safe quiet place for dogs that are crate trained and like a safe space! I treat my dogs as if they were my children and will do the same for your 4-legged kiddos! I work from home M-F! I wake up around 5am to take my dogs for a 3 mile walk! Your pup can join in too! Well trained pups can join me at that barn in the evening if they wish! Most weekends involve dog related activities (hikes, festivals, or hanging out with our pups)! I have a fully fenced in (5 foot) backyard and two friendly Dobermans that enjoy company! I work from home and never leave my dogs alone for more than 2-3 hours. I have a partially finished basement where our pups play when the weather isn’t ideal! For lazy pups, Moose loves someone to snuggle and for those with more energy Maple Syrup loves someone to run circles with. My dogs sleep in bed with me, but I also have several dog beds all over the house. We also allow pups on our couch! My dogs are our family and we will treat your pets as family too! Their life is too short to be anything but fun and leaving them behind is hard, but I send pictures and updates and like to keep pet parents informed!!

About: I'm a recent retiree who has cared for pets and housesit professionally for the last decade-plus. Have 2 dogs of my own and a long list of satisfied off-Rover clients (see reviews). Open to bringing my services to Purcellville, Round Hill, Berryville, Bluemont, Hamilton and anywhere else in the near vicinity. Having recently retired from full-time work, my attention will be devoted fully to your pet and their needs. I'm happy to be flexible to whatever schedule you most prefer. I am a very considerate houseguest. I try to make as little an impact on the home as possible (I even bring my own trash bags!) while making sure the pets feel secure and cared for.

About: I have spent my entire life taking care of and gaining the necessary experience to take care of of both large and small dogs. I understand what’s needed to keep them happy, playful, and safe. I am able to adapt and get along with most dogs, and can be trusted! I currently am a student who gets home early and is able to devote a significant a part of my day, and night if necessary. We have a fenced in backyard, plenty of leashes, toys, and things meant to care for and play with our dogs. I plan to use and bring some of these items to help do my job better.

About: I have been a vet tech and animal educator in the past. I’m very flexible with scheduling, and understand last minute things come up. I am happy to work with whatever pet needs you have! For locals I can pop in as often as needed, I’m happy to be flexible with your needs. My availability right now is wide open. I am comfortable with pets that need medical care, pets that are less comfortable with people/strangers/ other animals, and the less common pets. I believe in full transparency, and will provide your pets with the care you would give them yourself.
