They sent me lots of videos every day of my cat being content and entertained. My cat tends to be afraid of men, but she warmed right up to Jay, he was good with her. When I got home kitty greeted me as if I had only come home from the grocery store; she had been well taken care of. Alexia and Jay left the house clean and tidy. I offered to pay them extra for various chores around the house while they were sitting. They were happy to do them, and did a great job. I came home to a house better than how I'd left it. We've never been gone from our pets for two weeks before. When our usual pet sitter told us she was unavailable, we were hesitant in finding new ones for such a long trip. Alexia and Jay were incredible. They had the best attention to detail, care, and love for our animals as if they were their own. Day 1, one of our dogs hurt his back legs somehow and they took him to the ER for us just to be sure. Never a complaint once. It was all smooth sailing after that.
