“This was my 1st time using Rover, so I was alittle nervous about leaving my babies at the house with an unfamiliar person while we were out of town. I found Kaylani on the Rover site & she was able to schedule a meet & greet with me a few weeks in advance. After meeting her & seeing how she interacted with my babies, I felt reassured that she was going to be a great fit. I was right, Kaylani did a great job, she followed the instructions I left & made my out of town trip feel less stressful for me & my babies.”

About: I've taken care of many animals since I was young, I've been a sitter for 2 fur babies for 2years before I moved and I do have my own sweet girl, she just turned 5 this year. I currently work part-time 4-10pm and I am a college students, so I do make time to be around fur babies, being around pets just bring me peace and happiness especially if I'm keeping company, walking or just playing. I would prefer to walk or go to the pets home, I do have children in my home that are at a very busy age.
“This was the best decision I could have made. Darayell is awesome! She communicates at a high level, keeping us comfortable while on vacation. There were photos of all interactions during her visit. I can't say enough about Darayell's professionalism and attention to detail. I will only use Darayell for here out. Thanks !!!”

About: I have grown up with many dogs and tend to spend a lot of time around dogs. I used to dogsit for my neighbors when I was younger and I worked just under a year at a doggy daycare and boarding facility during my senior year of high school and absolutely loved it! I currently am on summer break and have plenty of free time to delegate to dog care. I spend most of my time taking care of my own dogs as well when I am not busy. I am very detail oriented and have experience following exact instructions from pet parents as I worked at a boarding facility previously so I can do whatever is needed of me. My main focus is always to do what is best for the dogs and keep them safe, healthy, and happy.
“Yamile was fantastic!!!! She was very thorough with my instructions. She took time to play with my fur baby and interact with him. I will definitely be using her again. She was awesome!!!”

“JMark, is awesome!! I'm so glad I chose him. My Rottie Rome has really warmed up to him and looks forward to seeing him. They've quickly formed a bond and do well together. He keeps me updated on any developments concerning Rome, and we are pleased with his service. I hope he's apart of the family for a long while.”
“Micah was great. She went above and beyond. She put a package delivery, that was left outside, in the garage for us. And moved our trash out for trash day the next day. Did I say, Brody loved her. Thank you so much”

“Jennifer was a God-send. I had an issue with a sitter who mistakenly locked my dogs in the house and then changed her booking so she would not have to return. Jennifer stepped in and assisted me while I had to dispatch a locksmith. She followed instructions to the T! I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip because I had become increasingly panicked. My pets loved her as well, and she was able to get them to eat. They play so much sometimes they forget to eat! I will most definitely book her again!!!!”

About: What sets me aside from other dog sitters…? Honestly I’m not sure. Because I would think anyone investing their time into caring for another life, would have the same mind set as myself. To Nurture & to guide! But what I could say about myself. I have more time to give 😊With me just recently moving to Georgia, I don’t have many family or friends here. Since the age of 16 I have always been a dog mom! & I’m happy to say thankfully my baby still here! I have experience with puppies until adult age & elderly. Pet care fit in my everyday life because I have a 6 month old pit who is the life of the family. He will definitely keep you on your toes. But the most Affectionate animal I have every had!! I also have the OG of the family. Ms. Bella. My Shih Tzu Maltese. Affectionate but love her own space. Caring for animals, is just the same as caring for a human. With time spent! So with morning walks/ play time. Feeding. Afternoon, evening. Late night rountie is the same with a Lil slash of conversation 😊Weekly hygiene! Monthly/ yearly check ups I'm currently working part time, So I'll have plenty time to play with your pups! Im available for boarding On the weekdays and weekdays s! I have to 2 fur babies who I love 24/7! I will love yours like my own! With me being Prediabetic I do daily walking!
About: I've grown up with dogs and my family has fostered for as long as I can remember. I currently have two dogs now, Cru and Sully, that my entire world revolve around. I also regularly pet sit in home while family's are on vacation before I joined Roaver! I work in private practice and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to help care for your furry family members. I also love walks and playing with your pups- it makes my day just as much as it makes theirs! I don't generally watch dogs in my home due to having two myself already. I can take your dog for long walks or running around in your back yard. If they need a friend to play with for a couple hours I'd be happy to bring over one of my sweet dogs too. Just let me know your preference!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - McDonough
Scarlett was amazing with our dogs! She always went above and beyond! We actually could relax on our vacation knowing she was watching our fur babies. She was always on time and her report cards were thorough, always letting us know what was going on. We would definitely have her watch our dogs again, she has been the best dog sitter we have ever had!

Raven was truly a life saver. I made a last minute request and surprisingly she was available. She followed all care instructions with ease. Loch even loved her. She took some of the most precious pictures of my baby which brightened my day every day. I actually think Loch misses her. I will definitely book her again❤️

I was very nervous leaving Caesar (senior Cane Corso) while I was away, especially since I had limited phone and email access, but Ashlee made the entire experience stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated consistently. My dog took to her, and everything went great. She has experience working with large breeds. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was well cared for and comfortable at home instead of his normal visit to pet boarding. I would absolutely trust Ashlee to watch him again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
