About: I've taken care of many animals since I was young, I've been a sitter for 2 fur babies for 2years before I moved and I do have my own sweet girl, she just turned 5 this year. I currently work part-time and I am a college students, so I do make time to be around fur babies, being around pets just bring me peace and happiness especially if I'm keeping company, walking or just playing. I would prefer to walk or go to the pets home, I do have children in my home that are at a very busy age and a new addition who is now 4months.
About: I have been grooming dogs for over 20 years and out of those years 16 working in a vets clinic. I have dealt with older dogs, know how important it is to keep a medication scheduled and give meds. I am a stay at home mom/groomer that can attend to any of your dogs needs at a moments notice. I don't do much outside of the occasional movie or going out to eat. Unless there is a medical need and around the clock care for your dog. We have a huge fenced in back yard that any dog will love to run around and have fun in. If your dog is an escape artist, they will be walked double leashed in the back yard with eyes always on them. Free roam of the house when we are home, unless you as the owner state otherwise. Example - if im cooking dinner and you have warned that your baby cannot be trusted unattended.
“This was the first time using Darayell as a sitter for my pups and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She was always at the house in a timely manner, kept me updated every visit she took, and was very patient with both the pups. My older one likes to BARK and ALOT when he doesn’t recognize somebody and Darayell handled him very professionally and knew how to get him to calm down. I was looking for a permanent sitter and I got lucky that I came across Darayell. I will be reaching out to her for every visit from now on no doubt. If you have not utilized her as your sitter then you are definitely missing out on a great opportunity.”

“Jennifer was a God-send. I had an issue with a sitter who mistakenly locked my dogs in the house and then changed her booking so she would not have to return. Jennifer stepped in and assisted me while I had to dispatch a locksmith. She followed instructions to the T! I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip because I had become increasingly panicked. My pets loved her as well, and she was able to get them to eat. They play so much sometimes they forget to eat! I will most definitely book her again!!!!”

“Rebecca went above and beyond while caring for our three cats over the Christmas holidays. We really appreciated her daily updates and her willingness to follow our somewhat complicated care instructions (one of our cats had to remain separate from the others to prevent fighting). She even left a little Christmas gift for the cats at the end of her visit. We will definitely ask her to care for the cats again. Thanks, Rebecca!”

However, she quickly put us at ease with her clear and frequent communication, photos and videos, and kind words about our dog. “Bree was excellent with our son Zeus. She kept me updating on everything, made sure everything stayed cleaned while we were gone, and call and texted if she had any questions. She gave me piece of mind while being out of town. This was our first time using this app and we would definitely be booking her again next time we go out of town. She went above and beyond to make sure Zeus ate, he was walked and he was well taken care off. I appreciate everything that she did for us while we where away. If you need someone to watch your pet child lol, she is the one to book. She was just amazing.”
“Went out of town and had Anaya come to my home and drop in to walk, feed and give belly rubs to my dog. I was at ease while away because she had it all under control. I am definitely going to have her come back!!”

About: While I am very experienced with animals of all types, I've often focused on those who need specialty care. I've taken care of all types of animals since I was a child, but have heavily gotten into animal rescue as an adult. As a result I have vast experience with animals of all types of size, age, need and temperament. From bottle feeding neonatal kittens, to house training puppies, to serving cats with cerebellar hypoplasia (aka "wobbly cat"), to addressing elderly dog/cat needs. If your pet has specific needs, I can give you peace of mind that they are in capable hands that will attend to them, and love them like they were my own. I work 100% remotely so my schedule is usually flexible and can be adjusted depending on time of year. If I am taking care of your animal I am always only a few minutes away. As someone with multiple fur babies, I understand the anxiety about leaving your animals at home during work or out of town trips (honestly a big reason why I work remotely). When I am taking care of your animals, you are getting someone who will love your fur baby and respect their rules, needs, and environment. I will make sure your instructions are followed to the minute detail, and that your animal is not only well taken care of, but happy and thriving in my care.

Raven was truly a life saver. I made a last minute request and surprisingly she was available. She followed all care instructions with ease. Loch even loved her. She took some of the most precious pictures of my baby which brightened my day every day. I actually think Loch misses her. I will definitely book her again❤️

Ms. Amanda was a sigh of relief for us when going on vacation after a recent move away from our trusted sitter of 10 years. Even though our Bklu Boy wanted to be a little temperamental she was patient and calm with him. Thanks Rover for the amazing connection with her and allowing us to truly relax on vacation.

I was very nervous leaving Caesar (senior Cane Corso) while I was away, especially since I had limited phone and email access, but Ashlee made the entire experience stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated consistently. My dog took to her, and everything went great. She has experience working with large breeds. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was well cared for and comfortable at home instead of his normal visit to pet boarding. I would absolutely trust Ashlee to watch him again!
This was my 1st time using Rover, so I was alittle nervous about leaving my babies at the house with an unfamiliar person while we were out of town. I found Kaylani on the Rover site & she was able to schedule a meet & greet with me a few weeks in advance. After meeting her & seeing how she interacted with my babies, I felt reassured that she was going to be a great fit. I was right, Kaylani did a great job, she followed the instructions I left & made my out of town trip feel less stressful for me & my babies.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
