About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.

About: I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience, and an Equissage-certified canine massage therapist. I notice things most pet sitters don’t. I understand that boarding can disrupt a dog’s nervous system. Some dogs do better at home while you’re away, and my massage therapy background means I have techniques that genuinely help calm and settle an anxious or overstimulated dog in their own environment. During drop-in visits and walks, I’m assessing your dog the whole time. Gait, energy, behavior, subtle signs that something’s off. You’ll hear about it either way. I’m experienced with medically complex dogs, seniors, and anxious dogs, and equally comfortable with your healthy, bouncy lab who just needs a solid walk. Cats are absolutely welcome. Cat owners, I see you. Your cat has a whole life, a whole routine, and very strong opinions. I get it. Fill me in on the Royal Treatment and I’ll do my best to make sure it happens. I look forward to meeting you and your animal friend(s) soon. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits and dog walks seven days a week. Visits are typically 30 minutes. I send updates with photos at every visit so you know exactly how things are going. I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience. I know how to recognize when something is wrong and what to do about it. All dogs are kept leashed on walks unless we are in a securely fenced area. If your dog jumps fences, we do not go off leash outside. I do not combine your dog with unfamiliar dogs without prior owner approval. I come to you. Drop-in visits and walks take place in your home and neighborhood, which means your dog stays in a familiar environment with their own smells, sounds, and routine intact. I treat every client’s home with respect and leave it exactly as I found it. For drop-in visits that occur at dark or during nighttime hours, I may occasionally have another person with me. This is for my own safety.

About: I live on a farm back home & have over a decade of animal care of all kinds! I have many farm cats and two dogs at home, as well as two cats that live with me! I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes & would love to spend time with your best friend! I would especially love to hang out with dogs as I don’t want to get my own until I can give them a fenced in yard:) My boyfriend Gabe also helps out with the pet care! About: I currently work at an animal rescue. I spend a lot of my time caring for animals of all medical and behavioral needs. I have worked in the animals industry for 5 years, with 2 of them being a shift lead at a boarding, daycare, and grooming facility for dogs and cats. I grew up around dogs and treat every animal as if they are my own! I even have my own rescue dog, Nova and a cat named Jerry! :) I have graduated from the University of Iowa and work in animal rescue full time assisting the directors. About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

About: I will provide the love and care that your dog desires. There will be lots of cuddling, walking, and playing. I have been pet sitting and taking care of animals for an upwards of 14 years, staying with my neighbors dogs and caring for my own. I am an energetic person who loves to exercise and be outdoors. About: I have 2 dogs at home but lived with 4 cats and 2 dogs a growing up so I am used to taking care of a lot of pets. I’ve also volunteered at a dog shelter for about three years now. I am a teacher so I am available evenings and weekends to watch your pets! I would be willing to stay over at your place for overnight care but cannot have other pets in my home. I will care for your pets however you want me to. I love to play with animals and keep them active but I can also let them rest and nap!

About: I have been working in veterinary medicine for 4 years this January! I love and care for all animals but I also have a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety I am currently working full time, with Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. I do get a break in the middle of the day to take care of any of the animal’s needs! I currently do not have any pets in my home. Crate/kennel training or a fenced in yard isn’t necessary. About: Experienced in walking all size dogs and looking for a walking buddies on regular basis in the Cedar Rapids area in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule I am looking for a dog to walk anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the dog and day and can be flexible with the time. I do have a fenced yard and can entertain at my house for short periods of time. But I am willing to take care of each individual dog depending on its regular routine.

About: Need a sitter who actually plays and takes care of your pet? We are your guys! We have been taking care of pets our whole lives! Your pet will not be neglected, even if that means we need to join in on the zoomies! Not to mention, you will get two very experienced sitters for the price of one! We both work part-time making it easy for us to be with your pet for half the day if not more on days we don’t work! We have stayed about customers houses to watch their pup while they were away. In doing that, we walk the dogs (if they would like to be walked), we play with them to help get all their energy out so when their owner does come home they have a much more relaxed environment. We both have pets at home! And have been pet sitters for multiple people over the years. We just wanted to take our expertise to our community! Gentle hands are important to us and your pet! We understand that different animals have different needs and we are more than willing to accommodate to any and all of them!
