Karen was awesome with our 2 dogs. One of them being elderly and needing meds each day, and the other being a nervous wreck with any rainstorm - Karen knew how to care for both of them. She even had to take one of them to our vet for a follow up appt. I felt my dogs were very safe and well cared for during our 10 days away. Karen was also very prompt with texting.
