About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! I love watching both cats and dogs 🥰 I work from home and have very flexible work hours, so I have plenty of time for boarding and walking! I live in a house with a yard and have plenty of space for your pets to roam indoors! I have a medium sized yard for dogs and a house all to myself most of the time for animals to have their space! I love boarding overnight because of animal cuddles. I don't have a fence, but if your dog has a harness it won't be a problem at all!

About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

I am fully available for overnight boarding, weekend stays, and daytime visits, ensuring I can perfectly match your pet's normal daily schedule. I love taking care of animals, and nothing is more important to me than making sure every single pet feels loved and safe. I have a secure fenced yard for outdoor playtime and can easily take your pet on long walks if needed. For pets who aren't well with other pets, I will make sure to reserve those days for ONLY that pet. Every animal deserves to be comfortable. I only accept pets that are friendly and comfortable around other dogs during bookings that require more than one pet. NOTE: For safety reasons, I cannot accept pets that are aggressive or lash out at people. Safety is my top priority, and I reserve the right to decline bookings if a pet is not a good fit.

I’m opening up my home to Rover guests primarily to provide some social fun for my own dog, Ripley. Whether it's rounds of fetch, wrestling in the yard, or just having a buddy to nap with, your dog will be integrated into our daily routine. What to Expect: • Individualized Attention: Because I only sit 1 family’s dogs at a time, your dogs will get plenty of attention! • Active Days: We specialize in high-energy play. If your dog loves to move, they’ll come home happy and exhausted. • A Present Sitter: I work from home so your dogs will have plenty of face time with me! All dogs with an easy going temperament that are ready to play are welcome. I work from home so your dogs will get plenty of belly rubs and play time. I typically give Ripley a long walk (3 miles) after work that your pup is welcome to join or we can just stick to outdoor play time. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog that would love to play outside with your pup. I will send you daily updates and photos. I am happy to accommodate crate-trained dogs (bring your own crate) or dogs that roam a little bit more free (provided they don’t have destructive tendencies😂). I am a bit of a toasty sleeper so unfortunately no dogs in the bed, but they are welcome to sleep at the foot of my bed or anywhere else in the house!
