About: I have pet sit several dogs at a time and have experience with senior dogs. These senior dogs have needed both liquid and pill medication which I have familiarized myself with providing. I currently am working remote and can complete work from anywhere under a flexible schedule. If hired pet care would be my number one responsibility. About: My name is Nicole. I have been an animal lover since I was old enough to know what animals were. Between catching potato bugs, feeding the spiders in my windowsills, and moving worms off of sidewalks, I’ve always had a particular connection with the animals that most people don’t understand. As soon as I was old enough, I marched off to the Sonoma County Animal Services to volunteer. From there, it was love at first bark. When I turned 18, I immediately went to animal care as my first real job and was lucky enough to work at Rohnert Park Animal Services for several years. I opened my home to many different rescue critters including snakes, tortoises, rats, lizards, and birds. I rescued my first dog and she is still my best friend to this day 10 years later! Over the years, I was blessed to foster many different exotic animals and worked with the Sacramento SPCA through the pandemic. Shortly after, I made a huge cross-country move and ended up in Louisiana working with all kinds of critters at Northshore Humane Society. From there, I ended up back in my hometown of Sonoma County. Throughout all of these changes, the one variable that never changed was my love for animals and passion for making sure they were safe. Through my 8+ years of shelter experience I have worked with the most feral of feral cats, wildlife brought in shoeboxes, all sizes and shapes of dogs, and so much more. I have met and befriended many pets that were reluctant to be befriended and worked with virtually every breed of cat and dog on the planet. I am fear-free certified and have extensive experience with medication management, basic first-aid, canine CPR, and basic training for both dogs and cats. I am experienced with walking large breeds including reactive dogs and can handle heavy pullers (I have TWO huskies!). I have also volunteered with the Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County and have a special skillset with exotic animals. My two personal rescue dogs are half husky and bully breed which are two of the most misunderstood dog breeds, so there will be no breed discrimination from me. My favorite furry friends are often shy, tricky to befriend, or nervous. Making a scared baby comfortable means the world to me and I love the challenge. As stated above, I also have extensive experience caring for exotic pets including rats, mice, birds, snakes, tortoises, turtles, fish, lizards, invertebrates, and spiders. I am perfectly comfortable with your exotic pet’s diet and am familiar with feeding snakes and other reptiles frozen-thawed rodents. The only animals I won’t consider petsitting for are species that are illegal to own or venomous. If I had to summarize my truest passion, it would be making sure that every single animal feels safe and comfortable. Even if they’re not perfect, they all deserve kindness and patience. We don’t expect perfection from humans, but we so frequently expect it of animals. So if your pet is a little bit quirky or one of those types that gets dismissed as “scary” or “mean”, you’ve found a person that will give them exactly what they need to feel loved and cherished. Because no pet is perfect, but they are perfect for you. My promise to you is that I will do my best to be your baby’s new BFF. No pet sitter will truly replace you, but I will make sure that I’m the second-best thing. I work from home as an administrative assistant for my husband's guitar studio, so I have a flexible schedule to meet your specific needs. I have access to a reliable car and am happy to do multiple drop-ins so your buddy is comfortable all day long. My motto is that ALL animals deserve humane, kind, and compassionate care. My 16 years in animal shelters has gifted me with experience handling virtually every type of pet of all different shapes, sizes, personalities, and needs. About: I’ve taken care of animals all shapes and sizes for more than 7+ years. Owning two of my own and plenty more before, each animal has been treated with love, compassion, care, and plenty of treats! I have also taken care of animals with special needs and health concerns. I work full time for the county but free Fridays, Weekends, and Most Holidays if needed! I can work on your time as well so we can have the perfect match I care for all my pets with compassion and heart. If need, I do have a fenced yard which allows for safety of your animal or any animal in need.

About: I have been raised with dogs my entire life. Before I was born there were large dogs in the house which I grew up alongside. As I grew the number of pets in the house increased to include exotic animals like reptiles and farm animals. From 9 years old I was individually responsible for the care of a flying squirrelly who lived a happy life until she aged. From 13, myself and my siblings were responsible for the care of large and small farm animals as well as four dogs in the household at one time. My unique experience with many types of animals makes me a prepared caretaker ready to take on any challenge your pets may have. I have open availability to house sit or drop in anytime. My weekends are also open. Early mornings and late nights are available aswell, dm me with any questions 😊. All pets recieve me full devotion when they have my time. Dogs and cats require more connection with people than many realize so I strive to maintain their activity needs as well as their attention needs. Furthermore, any pets that are supposed to stay indoors will stay indoors and pets will be fed and walked promptly. Medicine will be administered any way and any time the pet parent requires.

About: Hey, I’m Chappy! Christopher is my legal name… I specialize in walking / caring for large dogs and working breeds, but am happy to work with all breeds and sizes. I have worked with high-energy, reactive, less than sociable dogs too, giving them the physical and metal fulfillment they need. I personally have two larger dogs, Count (German Shepherd Husky mix, 110lbs) and Bentley (German Shepherd Dutch Shepherd mix, 80lbs). I’ve also worked with a range of breeds from pugs to golden retrievers to Alsatian shepherds to American bull dogs. I’m a freelance, work from home marketer, so I’m pretty much always at home and available to take care of dogs, or am able to come to you and take your pup out. We live on roughly 8 acres in Sonoma County, so there is plenty of room at our home for dogs to run and explore. I have two friendly German Shepherd mix dogs that love having friends over. We also have a secure deck that the dogs loving sunbathing on and watching the world go by. I can crate your dog, if need be (we have a crate / room for crates), along with the ability to keep dogs separate if need be. Should your dog use a e-collar of any sort, I’m trained in properly using them, as both of my dogs are trained to them. If your dog loves to hike, we regularly go for hikes on the trails around Sonoma County, or to Dillon Beach to run around off leash.

Dogs feel like they are on vacation, where they get to play with their friends. We have Twenty four years of experience, I ran a poodle kennel for ten years. I have always had dogs, and cats I am not against reptiles. We always have full-time people at home twenty four hours, day and night. We can provide indoor -outdoor or private rooms for dogs or cats. I have a fenced yard, a park across the streetvwith fenced areas for off-leash play, and a grassy yarea behind my home. Every thing is safe and secure.

About: Fully vaccinated even have a booster shot and work at Paradise Pet Resort as a Dog Play supervisor. Have been petsitting since I was a kid and have volunteered many times at Sonoma County Animal Shelter and even worked at Sonoma Humane Society. Currently have a beagle and 2 cats. Through petsitting and volunteering I also learned to give meds including insulin and learned to care for all different size dogs and cats from small to large. My favorite part is getting to know your pets and spending time with them. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish and even small mammals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. Even have watched some chickens before. Have an AA in Natural Science and working towards another AA in Natural resources then I get into internships from there. Work at a pet resort. Typically take care of them In the morning and try to come somewhere in the middle of the day to check on them and feed them at night. I check in on them 2-3 times a day and if needed I can stay with them at night. Will walk them at least 30 mins or more 2x a day unless asked other wise cats I will try to spend time with them unless they don’t come won’t chase them. Will clean up after them make sure they have necessities and play with them.

My patience and calm demeanor allow animals to feel very comfortable around me. I have experience giving cats subcutaneous fluids 3x/wk for 7 months, oral meds (liquid and pill form for 1.5 years), facials, baths, and showers. and I'm sensitive & observant to animals' needs. I do my best to understand animal behavior and what they're communicating. When I adopted my cats, Sparkles & Zorro, they truly adopted me as their mom. They were a few months old & I was 10. I was their person, and the only one Sparkles completely trusted. They passed in 2019 & 2024. My dad and I found and revived a young robin from a flood after a tornado. When I come across wildlife or strays in need, I will go to the ends of the earth to help. In college I had a zoology emphasis & interned at an exotic wildlife rehabilitation center. I have volunteered at a local animal shelter washing dogs, cleaning kennels, & socializing with cats & dogs. I also volunteered at a farm animal sanctuary. We began rescuing cats since the LA wildfires and I fostered one. With a positive attitude and a readiness to learn, I'd complete the tasks assigned, giving attention to the animals as I go along. After finishing my work on the sanctuary, I'd thoroughly socialize with the animals, spending time in different barns/rooms each week so that all, from pigs to cats, receive equal attention. My skills allow me to notice a creature in need of help and be an advocate until the animal is safe and/or in the right hands. In addition to being an animal-lover, I am a people-person who enjoys the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team.
