About: I have been pet-sitting since I was a little kid, and grew up with a mom as a vet, so a love of animals and concern for their well-being is deep in my bones. I was a volunteer at an animal shelter for three years, fostered cats and dogs for four, years, and currently have two cats of my own (and a menagerie of frogs and toads). About: I'm a young professional that works from home and have some extra free time and LOVE caring for dogs. So this is the perfect opportunity for me and I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs on Rover, after graduating from undergrad I took up dog sitting and I have watched homes and pets while family is out of town since then. I am very flexible and reliable and would have a great time with your pet! Why I love dog sitting: I had a dog who I was extremely close with and since his passing I miss a dog's companionship. Because of school and work I'm not able to take care of a dog full time so in the meantime I would love to keep yours company! I’m currently working from home and on my own schedule so I have plenty of time to take your pup on walks and give them lots of attention! How I care for pets varies on the individual pup or cat. Every one of them have their own special needs so I will be sure to be informed and have notes on the stay before booking.

About: With 15+ years of pet care experience you can be sure your four legged friends are in capable hands! I am available to walk dogs and do drop-in visits for cats and/or dogs. I'm happy to get some exercise and face time with your buddy as well as to administer any medication or special food they need. They'll be treated how I would want someone to treat my fur buddies Candi (my 7 y.o. rescue staffy with anxiety) and Barbara (my 5 y.o. rescue cat with FIV). I recently took a severance at my full time job and am looking to have a flexible schedule until after the birth of my firstborn in the fall. I will provide good, long walks for your buddy. If you need drop-in services I can feed them, give them medication and spend some hang time according to their needs and your preferences.

About: I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats and horses, so animals have always been a part of my life! Besides helping out with our own animals, I worked at a dressage barn throughout high school and showed horses throughout college. I have also taken care of family and friend's dogs and cats for extended periods of time. About: My family has always had dogs and from the age of about 8 I helped to potty train, crate train and care for 3 dogs. I've given many baths, administered lots of medication, clipped many nails and cleaned up many accidents. I've cared for senior dogs, puppies and everything in between. Now I have a dog all to my own and she thrives everyday! She's potty trained and crate trained and knows her basic manners and how to shake paws. I really just love dogs and would love the opportunity to make someone's pet feel special and cared for in their absence! I work from home, so I'm always at home with my own pet. I personally never walk my own dog off leash, as I worry about her safety and the safety of others, so I would always keep your dog on a leash. I love the dog park but if that is not your dog's speed, I love leisurely on leash strolls as well. I walk my own dog about an hour everyday so I'm always free to help get your puppy some exercise! I always carry water on walks and know when dogs get overwhelmed and/or tired.

I live in a spacious, multi-level home with plenty of room for dogs to move around comfortably — including crate-friendly setups if that’s part of their routine. I also have a nice-sized yard for fresh air and outdoor time, though it’s not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and leashed for safety. If I’m staying in your home, I’ll treat your space with the same respect I give my own — keeping things clean, consistent, and comfortable for your pup.

Any time any date I am here to care for your pet when you can’t. I unfortunately can’t take pets in my home due to my cat who doesn’t share my love for dogs.
