Both times issues arose, one was a health issue and another where my flight was cancelled and I needed extra days of care. I usually have to give a lot of instructions for sitters, but not so much with Jess, she just knows what to do. I especially noticed that Halle was more relaxed after staying with Jess. I've cared for pets across a range of sizes, breeds, temperaments and ages.
