When walking the dogs Andrew has always been careful about the temperature outside and monitoring the dogs to make sure they don’t go too far when I’ve requested long walks. When pet sitting, he has always followed my instructions exactly and takes care not to leave messes and keep the dog items tidy (no toys lying around, spilled food, dirty bowls etc). I also appreciate that I can see he plays with the dogs outside while I’m gone and they love it. Overall I would highly recommend Andrew for dog walking and dog sitting. Jordan was fantastic! I was apprehensive because I have never used a sitter outside of friends and family before. She was phenomenal! I was completely at ease with her taking care of our cat. She sent updates throughout the day. Even more phenomenal, there was an issue with a key to our home where the key broke inside the lock. Jordan went to the hardware store and got the key replaced without our asking her to. She was fantastic and we will definitely utilize her services in the future! I can’t speak highly enough of her.
Charlie is extremely responsible with my pets (I have two cats) he always sends me photos when I request them and will hunt them down even under couches until he gets a photo! Recently, my water went out and he brought in gallons of water so that my cats were well taken care of. I so appreciate his responsibility and his unyielding care of my two cats. I am eternally grateful.
Mel was great, she did a fantastic job taking care of our Nessie, you could see Nessie really liked Mel and we loved getting all the pictures and report cards for each and every visit. Would highly recommend Mel and will be happy to reach out to her next time we need a sitter or walker.
