About: I grew up with dogs since I was in kindergarten, and have dog-sat many times as an adult. I've cared for dogs as small as Pomeranians and Poodles, and as large as a Great Pyrenees. We even had up to seven dogs in the family at once! Being surrounded by dogs and the happiness they bring has been one of the most important highlights of my life. I've also had and cared for cats, rodents, reptiles, and birds, so no matter the pet, their paws, wings, or scales are in good hands! I am available from 11 am to 10 pm including weekends, aside from the occasional exception. As long as your home is smoke free, you can count on me! As "The Pet Whisperer" (an honorific from my wife and family), I will care for your pet in your home paying specific attention to any care instructions provided, as well as any requested pet walks or play time they may sant or need. If your pet likes to lounge around, I can also be their couch buddy!

About: I've loved animals ever since I was a little kid. I grew up with dogs and have 3 senior rescues at home who still act like puppies. In 2020 I began my journey with cats when I adopted my rescue cat Pams. She is now 6 years old and still thriving alongside my dogs and her new kitten brother. I am comfortable taking care of animals in any age group, and can administer medication, bottle feed, or whatever else your fur baby needs. When your pup stays with me, hangs out with me, or goes out for a walk they get my full attention, plenty of belly rubs, and a routine tailored specifically to their personality. Whether they are an energetic ball of fire who loves long sniff-walks or a senior sweet-soul who prefers a cozy couch lounge. When pets are in my home there is no off limit space besides the kitchen. So your fur babies will feel at home. If you have any questions please let me know. So I can accommodate your needs. Pet care is the most important to me as I have a dog and he is like my son. So daily walks, scheduled feeds, meds, and play time is a most. Trust is earned with pets just like humans. So I don't expect your pet to be warm and cuddly at first cause we have to establish that bond. So for me knowing there environmently triggers, happy spots, and things that there fearful of is the most important to me. So we can all be safe.
About: I normally only work with dogs but I grew up around cats and had them of my own! But I would be happy to check in on any animal and would love to give you a peace of mind! I am currently a hairstylist who works 4 days a week I’ve got a German shepherd reactive rescue so I know what it’s like to have patience and work well and fast in stressful situations! But on my days off I can stop in and give your babies some love! I have a reactive baby so I wouldn’t be able to have dogs stay with me or do overnight stays! Sarah is so incredible with my sweet kitty, Stella! We were recently out for just over a week and Sarah was great with checking in on Stella and giving her tons of love! We even had an unwelcome visit from ants while away and Sarah went above and beyond on helping to solve the problem! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
Kaitlyn and Jesse were absolutely wonderful!! They cared for our sweet dogs as if they were their own!! One of our adopted dogs has a hard history and Kaitlyn and Jesse were so good with him…he warmed up to them and trusted them over the course of the booking. They were so good at letting us know each day how our sweet dogs were doing and sent fun pictures!! We also live in the countryside and had a scare with some local fires. Kaitlyn and Jesse were quick to make contact with us and tentatively plan for how to keep our dogs safe! They are so kind and friendly!! Andy is a natural with dogs. Gunner is a service dog that is generally unimpressed by humans. Not Andy, Gunner loves hanging with Andy. Andy asked a lot of questions about Gunner in an effort to get to know him. Which is great. Andy shows genuine love animals def including Gunner! Will def use again

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
