About: I love all animals, I’ve dog sit in the past for families and really enjoyed it. I have prior experience with small dogs, along with larger ones. I’m looking for openings in the Louisburg area. Looking forward to have the opportunity to work with different animals and meeting new people in the area. I believe you have to be patient with all animals and pets especially when you are first meeting them. Always keeping in mind that it’s going to take time for them to warm up to a new person caring for them. I’m currently taking a break from nannying, and have a huge love for animals. I’ve had pets all my life. From cats, fish, hamsters, and dogs; to birds, snakes, iguanas and bearded dragons! About: Even as a kid, I was the primary caregiver for my childhood dog, Zoey. I took responsibility for making sure she was fed and watered, taking her for long walks and playing with her in our backyard. I knew that when I grew up, I would adopt a dog as soon as I could. A few months before I was discharged from the Marine Corps, I reached out to my hometown's local animal shelter about Baron. Baron was a 2-year-old, Boxer/Pit mix and from the moment I saw his picture, I knew he was going to be my boy. I called the shelter regularly to see if he was still there and let them know the day I could pick him up. I drove from my base in California to my Mom's house in Florida, dropped my stuff off, and immediately went to the shelter to adopt Baron. For the first few months I took him everywhere I went. All my friends and family knew that if Dan was coming, so was Baron. A few years after adopting Baron, I shared pictures of him with a girl I was talking to, and she immediately wanted to meet him. I took him for a walk with her and, as they say, the rest is history, she’s my wife. She brought two cats to the relationship, Teyla and Cara, and I eventually adopted a third cat, Ahsoka, with her. I cared for Baron together for 10 years. In 2022, he was diagnosed with bone cancer in his jaw, and we decided to try surgery, chemo and radiation. My wife and I got another 3 years with him, when the vet had told us he had 6 months to live. In 2025, his cancer returned, and he passed away just a few months before I got married. I spread some of his ashes at our wedding ceremony at one of the purest lakes in New Zealand and his name is engraved on our wedding bands. Shortly after saying goodbye to Baron, my wife and I adopted our fourth cat, Leia. I like to say she is Baron reincarnated because she follows me everywhere and has taken his place begging for food at the dinner table. I love meeting new dogs and cats, and have never met a dog that doesn't like me (I think everyone knows that cats aren't always that easy to win over!). As the caregiver for your pet, I bring years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have experience with puppies, kittens, and senior dogs and cats. I am experienced with delivering oral and topical medications, and hand feeding. I am experienced with obedience training and basic commands, crate training, walking on a lead, different types of dog collars, and off leash e-collar use. I understand how to safely have dogs meet, and what signs to look for to signal aggression, discomfort, fear, or playfulness when around other dogs. I understand that pets have routines and schedules, and I will adjust my day to make sure your pet can keep their routine. I know what it's like to have another person care for my pets, and I will make sure to send photos and messages with updates to let you know your pet is safe and happy. As a stay-at-home trophy husband and cat dad, my day is flexible and I can ensure your pet's care and comfort is my top priority. I am currently working part time so I have a flexible schedule to acommodate your pet's routine. Your pet will get a considerable amount of attention and care while I'm with them. I have used Rover in the past for my own dog so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, whether it's reinforcing good behavior or just giving lots of care and love, your pet's well being is my top priority. I'm available when you need me. From checking in on your pets while you are on vacation, taking your dog for a nice stimulating walk, or staying the night with your pets, let me know what works best for you! I will care for your pet in your home so they feel safe and comfortable. I will always have your dog on a leash and check the immediate area for other people/animals before leaving the house. I will respect your home like it's my own house, and I will follow your pet's schedule and house rules.

About: What sets me apart from everyone else is that I’m calm and patient with every animal, and I’m very for keep my own animals fit and health, I will do the same for your I currently work from home and have more time to do drop ins and boardings. I don’t mind doing work from home from your home as well, just need to know in advance I am currently in the process of getting a fence put in, so I have plenty of space for your pup to run around in. If I have classes, I plan my schedule so I can come by for potty breaks, belly rubs, and some one on one time in between. Weekends are perfect for extra adventures like exploring trails, visiting pet-friendly spots, or giving them some extra grooming and attention. For me, pets aren’t something I try to “fit in” around my day they’re part of it. I love making sure they get the care, attention, and love they need, no matter how busy my schedule gets. Whether in my own home or in a client’s home, my priority is to create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for pets. I pay close attention to a pet’s personality, habits, and routines so I can adapt my care to their comfort level, whether that means providing a quiet, calm environment for shy pets or engaging in active play for more energetic ones. I also make it a point to send regular updates, photos, and notes to owners so they feel reassured and connected while they’re away. In my own home, I designate safe areas for rest, play, and meals, and I make sure fresh water is always available. In a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely everything from where the pet sleeps to how they like their walks so the pet’s routine is not disrupted. My goal is for every pet to feel secure, cared for, and happy, no matter the environment.

About: I used to work at an dog and cat boarding facility. I am also a student at Fayettville State University. I absolutly adore animals. I have 3 of my own, They are a german shepherd, austrailian Shepherd, and a chihuahua. So I do have and active life style with the 2 larger dogs. But my little dog is a couch potato, so I tend to slow things down for him. So no matter how big, small, entergetic, or couch potato they are I can always live up to their lifestyle. I am available anytime. If I am not available I’ll message you if it does not work for my schedule. But it is rare for me to be busy. I would be more than happy to take your puppy out on a walk or taking out to go potty. I can also feed them and give them fresh water. If they need time to interact with somebody I can sit and play with them. If there is special request, just ask away I would be more than happy to try.

About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from 175 to 50 pounds. My family also breeds dogs so I’m comfortable with all ages. I have dog sat for numerous family and friends and love all animals so your pet will get treated as if they were my own. I’ve also took care of dogs that take medication, are on special diets. I have a full time job but I make my own schedule so I will base that off of my schedule with rover. Pets will be well taken care of and took on walks. If your pet is more laid back and likes to lay around all day then we will do that. If your pet has a lot of energy and like to run the we can do that as well. I have plenty of yard for your pet/pets to play. I currently don’t have any other animals in the house and am waiting for my puppy to be born! Your pet will be allowed on furniture unless that is a rule you have then I will not go against it. I have plenty of toys, dog beds, and crates if needed.

I also respect all the rules given by their owners and make sure I’m following exact instructions. I also volunteered on a farm for a while as a young child and grew up taking care of my family’s chickens so animal care is something that has always been a part of my life. I am just graduated from school and getting my priorities straight so I have a very flexible schedule. When I’m working other jobs, they’re in the evenings and in my control as for scheduling and time so if there are specific needs for your pets around certain times, I can accommodate. I pet sit and homes and follow all rules that are given for me. I treat your space and your pets space with full respect and make sure I take care of it even better than my own space.
