About: I’ve taken care of dogs all of my life, and grown up with them since the day I was born. I’ve never not had a dog, my childhood dog lived to be 16 years. I’m here to do what I love and be able to spend my time with all of your fur babies Im flexible I walk dogs while being able to finish school, I do this Monday through Friday and I’m looking to get more overnight sits for the weekends I care for every animal as if they are my own they will be as equally as spoiled as they would in their own home. The safety of your animal is not in question with me because I understand how much we worry about our animals when they aren’t able to be with us.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats and bunnies my whole life–whether they were my own, neighbors, family or friends. I have a couch potato of a 5-year-old Golden Retriever who I trained when she was a pup and now I handle all of her grooming and day to day needs. If it were up to me, my house would be a full-on animal sanctuary but since that’s not exactly practical, here I am on Rover doing the next best thing which is taking care of your pets like they’re my own! While my kids are at school, I’m a freelancer who works from home so I have the flexibility to help out families who need a trustworthy person to care for their pets. I have never been without a pet in my life, so I truly understand what it takes to care for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As a fellow pet owner who also hires sitters on Rover for my own pup, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to treat your pet like their own.

About: I have 5 pets of my own; 3 dogs and 2 cats. They are my world, truly. I have had pets most of my life, and have watched other peoples pets previously. Comfortable giving meds, feeding, playing, snuggling, etc. Certified in Cat & Dog First Aid (American Red Cross). Have assisted with dog rescues & fosters. No matter the age or what special care is needed, I am on board. I can be available after 6pm on weekdays, flexible on weekends. I do work full time, so this will be a side job for me. At home we have an electric fence for the dogs, and our cats are strictly indoors. At a client’s home, I will provide all the necessary and recommended care asked from the parents. I am very respectful and responsible. You wouldn’t even know I was there; respecting others’ property is important for me. Remain clean, professional, and respectful.

About: I have been dog sitting all of my life. I have worked as an assistant dog trainer for the summer. Part time student with a flexible schedule. I am a part time student with a flexible schedule. I will be able to make time day or night as needed. Classes will be virtual. I have no pets currently in my home. I am comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities. “Christina was a FANTASTIC cat sitter! She was super communicative, sent many pictures of the kitties, and was very flexible! We had a lot of snow when we were away and she was still able to make it to see the kitties on time, even digging her way in with a shovel! She was very helpful and let us know about the trash needing to be taken out- and she even took it out herself! The cats had an amazing time playing with her. She gave them all of their treats and made sure they were properly fed, watered and brushed. For the first time going away, I felt totally at ease having a cat sitter take care of the cats and house! “The MOST important thing I look for in a pet sitter is genuine care, love and concern for my pets; Devon has this in spades. The second most important thing I look for is someone who is professional and good at communication: Devon also checks these boxes! My more timid dog normally barks at new people but not with Devon! On some visits there were some small obstacles with my more timid dog but Devon did not get discouraged, was very communicative with me about what was happening, super patient with my dog and great at problem solving with me. Now my timid one is “right at home” with Devon and the other has taken to her like a snug bug in a rug 😊. I would recommend her to others if you are looking for someone longer-term to call “family” to your fur babies!”
