“Lydia is special... should really knew how to make Brody feel comfortable (he has separation anxiety) and calm. She sent tons of pictures showing him relaxing and glad to be in his own home while I was away. She is my go-to Rover sitter!!!”

“Elaine was stellar to work with. She is upbeat, communicative, and handless my little one very well. I just relocated to the desert, and my dog has recently been through a lot of changes. Elaine was able to take care of my dog who has separation anxiety issues just great. I’ve worked with other Rover’s in LA who often stressed out at my dogs behavior, and Elaine really met the challenge in a professional and caring way. I would absolutely suggest hiring Elaine and plan to do so again in the future.”

“Aimee is lovely and we are so relieved we found her to take care of our two very spoilt cats!!! It's stressful leaving your pets and house to someone you don't know well and she did an amazing job keeping us updated with photos and video and we felt super comfortable. Looking forward to welcoming her back again. Thanks again, Aimee! 🙏💛”

“Desiree did an amazing job looking after our little guy. She met with us prior to watching him in our home and eased his nerves. We look forward to working with Desiree again.”

“Farrah is amazing! She took such great care of Percy while we were away—super responsible, kind, and clearly loves animals. She kept us updated with cute pics and made sure everything ran smoothly. We came home to happy Percy and a tidy house. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend! 🐾💛”

“This was the second time we had Jon watch our doberman Tyson while visiting Palm Springs. Tyson has severe separation anxiety and Jon great while watching Tyson when we went out for the evening. Jon's professionalism and 'dog skills' allowed us to have evenings out without a single worry. We highly recommend Jon, and will using him on our next visit to Palm Springs. Thanks Jon!”

“Crystal is wonderful! She is reliable, trustworthy & has excellent communications! We felt at ease leaving for a couple of nights knowing our fur babies were home being loved on 🐶🐕✨”

“Julie is amazing and I would hire her in a heartbeat! She was sweet, caring and thoughtful with my girls and their many quirks. She managed to take of them both to the park which is no small feat considering one needs to be carried and the other likes to speed walk. She is the first sitter that attempted to take them out together! She was responsive and quick to send photos each day and I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that they were getting the same level of care I give them. She left our house pristine and I would happily hire her again!”

“Donna was great. She was on-time, friendly, and perfect for our dog, Belle. She took many photos of her to let us know how well she was doing with us away. Belle clearly was comfortable with Donna from the get-go and we will definitely book her again for Belle in the future.”

“The Mary Poppins of animal sitters!!!! Maggie stayed at our house and took tha absolute best care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats while we were gone for two weeks! I came home to a clean house and happy babies! She was great with communication and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough!!!”

About: Hi! I am new to the desert as well as to Rover. However, I am not new to caring for fur babies, from birth to their senior years. I just recently (in May) lost my sweet, senior Pomeranian, Princess and am unable to have pets in my new home. It will make my heart very happy spending time with and loving on yours! I am a very kind, easy going, patient and responsible woman. I was raised around a number of dogs of all sizes and breeds. As an adult, I have been a fur mom to small breeds (Poodles, Maltese and Pomeranians) as well as to large breeds (Boxers and German Shepherds). Over the course of the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of babysitting several grandpups, all rescues, big and small as well as the pets of friends. A few of the dogs I’ve cared for have had severe health issues and required a lot of special attention. My arms are feeling very empty these days without any fur babies to hold. Hoping to remedy that! I am very good at adapting to the personality of the dog. Whether they are high energy and want to play and need lots of exercise, just want me to hold them on my lap, or something in between. With what you, their parent, share with me about their personalities and what they “tell” me, I am happy to oblige! I promise to take care of and love them as my own. Think of me as a doting grandmother. 😊 My schedule is wide open. I am available for whatever time periods work best for you! With Labor Day coming up, maybe you have plans and need a sitter? I am able to take care of your home as well as your pet(s) and I will make sure that I keep them on their routine. I will not give them any pet or human food other than what you have approved. I am happy to provide pics, videos and updates throughout the day.

About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, watch, and love their dogs when they are traveling. I’m currently finishing my masters program online so I have plenty of time to watch/walk your animals. I’m available weekdays and weekends so please reach out! Your dogs will be safe in my home and I am available to stay at your house if needed. I also have a 6 year old Boston terrier that will keep your pet company when I run errands.

“Cheryl was amazing with my dog Skye! She went above and beyond to make sure she was happy, comfortable and exercised, and even came and stayed in our house to make it easier for Skye. I highly recommend Cheryl, and we will definitely be using her again!”

“Our dogs loved Kimberly from the moment that they met here. She is truly the best sitter for two dogs with way different personalities. She kept in touch with darling photos, and the dogs were sorry to see her leave. Our house was spotless and the bed linens were changed. We are so grateful to be able to leave our four legged family with such a wonderful kind person. We can't thank her enough.”

“Anthony was amazing with our 2 pups, he watched them for 6 days for us at our home over the july 4th weekend. He was attentive, took them walking and our pups both truly love him. He was clean and respectful of our home also, I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a sitter who will love your pups just as much as you do”
