“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! “So, we all love our dogs. I personally think my dogs are the best dogs in the world, and worthy of the very best care, and someone who will allow them to feel loved when we need to leave them behind. The reality is that we never know exactly what is happening with our beloved pets when we entrust them to someone else. My fur-babies can’t tell me. So the best we can do is look for someone who we believe is trustworthy and caring. What do I believe? I believe that Amanda and her family are caring and honest. This family has a great capacity for love, and my dogs feel loved when they stay with them. Amanda and her husband have their hands full caring for 5 kids, work schedules, and volunteering in their community. But they also have the energy and organization skills to excel in handling their responsibilities. My dogs have 5 kids/teens to play with them, and that also makes them happy. Their new house currently only has a small enclosure in the back yard. But my furbabies were apparently taken out on a leash regularly. I believe them when they say that they will be enlarging the fenced area in the near future. I do not hesitate to recommend Amanda and her family. If your dogs need a family that takes the time to play, cares for them, and takes time to snuggle with them, I believe this family is your best bet.”
