Michelle and her family are amazing. They showered my pesky pup so much love, patience and fun! I received video and pics without me asking. She normally has issues with other pups, but not with Michelle. Clean space, plenty of walking paths, friendly family, extremely responsive, and looking forward to booking her in the future.
Biscuit had a great stay with Wydia! She just retired as a service dog, so this was our first trip where she didn't accompany us on the plane. We were worried how she would do being away from her home and family for a week, but Wydia gave her lots of walks and personal attention, and when we picked her up, she seemed like she just got home from having a great time at summer camp. Wydia spent a lot of time with us, listening to us about Biscuit's likes and dislikes, and asking great questions about what does and doesn't work for her. By the time we left town, we know that she would be in good hands. Highly recommend!
Alejandra did a great job! I had to modify my booking initially and rover recommended I reach out to Alejandra directly to cancel - thus the cancellation on her policy. Alejandra’s service to my Chico was great! She continuously kept me updated with picture of him. Will definitely be needling Alejandra again!
Belgica was amazing! She was flexible and accepted a last minute booking which was so helpful to us. She was so loving and caring with our energetic puppy Daisy, making her feel right at home the second she arrived. I could tell Daisy had a blast the entire time! Belgica followed Daisys routine which was so helpful, especially during this puppy/training phase. Belgica sent so many pictures and updates- which was extremely comforting when we were gone. I felt so comfortable knowing Daisy was so loved and cared for. Would definitely book with Belgica again!
I got really and found Tatev!! Omg very qttentive, as a mother would be and sent photos and constant communication when I was going for 7 nights! I know he had a great time and was well taken care off in attention by Tatev and Roy, because when my baby came back, he came home and eased back like I never left! I really appreciated that. They have a clean environment for a pet, and very warm and comforting. VERY! I was ready to cancel my trip after a bad dog play date experience with another on Rover... but then I got lucky ❤ if I could give them 10 stars, I would! #Satisfied Tavev, I hope you both change your minds 😉😘
This was Endor's second stay with Deysi and he had a wonderful time during both stays. Deysi is a wonderful sitter and treats Endor like he is her own. Endor eats and sleeps well at Deysi's, which isn't often the case at many sitters. He comes back happy and ready to return for another visit.
After a couple requests, great about sending pictures and updates of the boys playing/going for walks. The house is all hardwood floors just in case anyone else’s pups are sensitive to surfaces like my lil Aussies are. They came back a little dirty but I assume they were having fun!
