“I felt very comfortable leaving my dog and elderly cat (who gets meds 2x/day!) with Michelle for 12 days. About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up around dogs and have owned four dogs throughout my life, giving me experience with different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. While I wasn’t around many cats growing up because of my dad’s allergies, I quickly fell in love with them and now share my home with two cats of my own. Over the years, I’ve regularly pet sat and walked dogs for friends and family simply because I enjoy spending time with animals. Now, I’m excited to turn that passion into a side gig through Rover. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful for pets, so I always focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is to treat every pet like they’re part of my own family and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I do work a full-time job, about 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. However, my hours are pretty flexible through the week so I can work around a schedule. I always make sure the pets feel comfortable with me and listen to their needs! If they are feeling anxious or scared I make sure to be patient and give them the time they need. If they are super cuddly I make sure to give them all the love I can give and play with them! I can take them on walks or play with them around the house!
“Diego was wonderful all around! And we will definitely reach out again for support. As an overnight sitter, he left the house great. My toy poodle is getting older, more fussy with going out and eating and Diego had great patience with her. His communication was stellar, from the meet & greet to when we were away. Misty was very relaxed and happy when I arrived. With previous sitters she would be more withdrawn. Overall, I’m so happy Misty had great company!”

About: Growing up, my home was always filled with many dogs and that early experience taught me how to understand different personalities and make every pup feel comfortable. Over the years I’ve also been a trusted dog sitter for friends, neighbors, and family, caring for dogs with all sorts of routines and energy levels. I’m confident with puppies who need structure, older dogs who need patience, and everything in between. What sets me apart is the calm, reliable care I bring to every visit and my ability to adapt to each dog’s unique needs so they feel safe, happy, and right at home. Pet care fits easily into my routine, especially during the summer when I’m home from college and have plenty of availability. I’m able to schedule visits, walks, and check‑ins throughout the day, so pets get consistent attention and care. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs — so your pet feels secure in their own space. I take time to build trust, offer plenty of attention, and keep things clean . Since I’m home from college for the summer and have lots of flexibility, I’m able to give pets consistent check‑ins and companionship throughout the day.
“Raven treated our (3) pets like her own, they were very happy & well cared for. We had a literal book of instructions and she seemed to have it all figured out & everything was in great order when we got back. We will definitely call her next time we travel!”

“Serena was available and communicated so quickly when we needed someone for our two dogs with less than a week’s notice. She was very thorough with the information she gathered prior to the sit and sent updates throughout her stay including pictures. Thank you so much!”

“Valda did a great job with our 1.5yr old German shepherd! She was very responsive and sent update pictures as well. Also, she brought her dog champagne to visit, which helped our dog feel even more comfortable with her!! The house was nice and tidy when we got back too!”

About: I have owned 3 dogs over the past 20 years. I have watched, walked, and cared for the dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and reptiles. I have trained my own pets and I’m very comfortable meeting new animals. I’m a part-time remotely working licensed realtor so I’ve been fingerprinted and FBI background checked for your safety and peace of mind. I’m currently working part-time from home, mostly on my computer so I have plenty of time to play, walk, and care for your pets. I will carefully adhere to your pets’ schedule, routine, and instructions to make sure your pet has a safe and happy experience in my care.
“Absolutely loved Lauren! She was great with communication and took excellent care of my special needs dog! She took not only good care of our pets, but of the house as well. When we got back from our trip, the house was immaculate! She even agreed to do a "trial run" a week before our long trip. Highly recommend trusting Lauren with your pets and house!”

“Ryan was awesome! He was willing to come out same day for me to watch my dog for an unexpected change of plans, on a holiday weekend too! He took care of my doggo and was respectful and responsive to messages the whole time. I will definitely be rebooking Ryan again in the future.”
