About: I have spent most of my life around dogs. As an only child my siblings were two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. As an adult I have always had at least one dog in the house and more often than not two. They are my babies, my best friends and my companions. I am currently a high school teacher which allows me to have the summer free to spend with my critters as well as yours. I am almost always available at least until August. When spending a day with me and my own fur babies your companion will have access to a backyard. Get at least one good outing/run in and have two medium sized playmates to keep them entertained. I also have the ability to crate your friend if need be.

About: I’ve cared for animals of all kinds my whole life, including my (now passed) 17-year-old dog and my current puppy, Maggie. I understand the needs of both energetic youngsters and gentle seniors, and treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine - I’m used to feeding, walking, playing with, and checking in on pets throughout the day. Whether it’s scheduled visits or regular walks, I’m already in the rhythm of caring for pets consistently and reliably. I have a large fenced yard and am happy to make any accommodations for your pet that are needed (crating, leash training, administering medication, etc.)

About: I was born and raised with several different breeds and sizes of dogs! I spent the last 15 years being a dog mom to 2 amazing beagles. I have experience with medication administration, geriatric, and puppy care. I am a nurse by trade and will provide the same care and compassion to your pet as I do my patients. About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and have been a pet parent throughout adulthood. I have a deep love and affection for animals, and often look after the pets of family and friends as their trusted caretaker. I call myself a "whisperer" because I feel I've always known how to 'communicate' with domesticated animals and earn their trust. I'm an adjunct instructor at WWU with enough flexibility in my schedule to be available for pet care most of the time. As I considered alternative work for myself, I thought I should consider what I love to do, and pet sitting/dog walking feels like a great fit for me. I currently have a 2 year old female rescue dog who I'm 90% sure is a puggle, and 2 beautiful male cats. Traditionally I've owned boxers, but I love both big and small dogs of all kinds, puppies to seniors, as well as cats and most other pets (perhaps not insects...!). I'm reliable, friendly, patient, and love to walk, so frequent or long dog walks suit me fine. I have a flexible schedule and am available to look after your fur babies day and/or night, including day care, drop ins, boarding and house sitting. I have a pet-friendly home with a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with parks and trails close by. I'm home much of the time so my pets get a lot of attention and care, are fed on schedule, and I'm up to date on all vaccinations. My home is clean, cozy and safe.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, and to this day, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my family. I have a small dog who’s 4 years old and is very friendly with other dogs, cats, kids, and more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and personally potty trained him, so I have plenty of experience with puppies. While I haven’t personally cared for a senior dog yet I have lots of free time and am confident I can give any senior dog with the care he or she needs. I'm currently doing some online classes, and I'm unemployed because I'm new to the Bellingham area so I have a bunch of free time to spend with your dogs. I live in an apartment so | don't have a yard for your pup to play in but I'll take your dog on walks very often and I personally take my dog to the dog park very regularly and would love to take yours too if you'd like.

About: I grew up with dogs and have had at least one of my own for the last 20 years. They truly are the best friends! We have a sweet 3-year old rescue poodle mix, Mimi, who does really well with other dogs. We'd love to have your dog or cat stay with us and join in our walks and hikes and cuddles! I have had a reactive/leash reactive dog and as much as I know they can be the sweetest pups when on their own, I can't take on these dogs anymore. It creates too much anxiety for me. I live on a street where there is a constant flow of neighbor dogs both on and off leash and the trails are packed with dogs these days so it's a guarantee we will meet other dogs while we are out and about. I work from home and love to get outside and explore the beautiful trails around Bellingham. When not out sniffing the trails me and your pet will be snuggled up relaxing together. There is a fence area for visiting pets to relieve themselves (it includes about 10 stairs). I love to hike and walk and will make sure your pet gets all the movement they need. I love to snuggle too so when not out and about you can rest assured that your pet is getting lots of love and cuddles.
