With less than 24 hours notice we found Beth, she responded immediately and confirmed quickly. She asked all of the right questions so you could tell she really cared. My 12 year old son was worried about leaving the dogs, but Beth sent us text updates and posted pics and videos to a Google folder throughout the day. She took them for multiple walks and a hike. They came home happy and tired...they definitely had their best time on the island with Beth. I can't say enough good things, she was fantastic.”

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, and to this day, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my family. I have a small dog who’s 4 years old and is very friendly with other dogs, cats, kids, and more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and personally potty trained him, so I have plenty of experience with puppies. While I haven’t personally cared for a senior dog yet I have lots of free time and am confident I can give any senior dog with the care he or she needs. I'm currently doing some online classes, and I'm unemployed because I'm new to the Bellingham area so I have a bunch of free time to spend with your dogs. I live in an apartment so | don't have a yard for your pup to play in but I'll take your dog on walks very often and I personally take my dog to the dog park very regularly and would love to take yours too if you'd like.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and have been a pet parent throughout adulthood. I have a deep love and affection for animals, and often look after the pets of family and friends as their trusted caretaker. I call myself a "whisperer" because I feel I've always known how to 'communicate' with domesticated animals and earn their trust. I'm an adjunct instructor at WWU with enough flexibility in my schedule to be available for pet care most of the time. As I considered alternative work for myself, I thought I should consider what I love to do, and pet sitting/dog walking feels like a great fit for me. I currently have a 2 year old female rescue dog who I'm 90% sure is a puggle, and 2 beautiful male cats. Traditionally I've owned boxers, but I love both big and small dogs of all kinds, puppies to seniors, as well as cats and most other pets (perhaps not insects...!). I'm reliable, friendly, patient, and love to walk, so frequent or long dog walks suit me fine. I have a flexible schedule and am available to look after your fur babies day and/or night, including day care, drop ins, boarding and house sitting. I have a pet-friendly home with a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with parks and trails close by. I'm home much of the time so my pets get a lot of attention and care, are fed on schedule, and I'm up to date on all vaccinations. My home is clean, cozy and safe.

About: I believe dogs have the best souls on earth. Enjoy hiking, playing in the yard, or simply being in their space. I also enjoy training from puppy to advanced agility. I’ve trained a couple different types of dogs and a bird ranging in ages. Also able to transport locally to homes, vet, and or parks. My late sweet Pepper dog and I were Project Caine certified as a Therpy team, volunteers at island hospital, and Master Agility Champions. We look forward to meeting with other awesome dogs and their owners. I work in the travel industry, so my schedule varies. I usually know a couple weeks in advance. My spouse’s schedule varies too. Sometimes we are available 24/7 We treat Pets as Family in our home.🥰. We live on acreage close to Deception Pass. We have experience with administering 💊 medication to young and older fur babies 🐾

About: I genuinely love spending time with our four legged furry friends, whether that is relaxing giving them pets and ear scratches or going on a fun little adventure out in nature. I know every dog has their quirks and I like to learn them so that I can ensure the best care and also comfortably of the animal. My schedule is currently wide open. I am able to provide any care needed. For daily routine, I typically go on one or more walks or outdoor excursions. I have a fenced in yard. There is another dog that lives in my home, but he is friendly and other animals are welcome as long as they are friendly as well.

About: I am a huge animal lover, I grew up on a farm and have always had a deep love for all critters. I have years of experience volunteering with an animal rescue, and I'm able to provide services for animals of all sizes and shapes. I joined Rover to have the opportunity to love and care for lots of different pets and to build fun relationships with them and their owners! I want every owner I partner with to know their pet is getting the best care while they are away, because that’s what I would want for my pets. I have a big, loving male golden retriever and one mellow indoor-only cat. My golden retriever LOVES other dogs, so we are very excited to meet your pup and to play! I respectfully ask that any pet entering my home for care is up to date on all vaccinations (with records available) and is using a flea preventative medication. All of my pets are current on their vaccinations and are on regular flea preventatives.
