About: As a devoted pet lover, I believe that pets are family and my number one priority is to keep them safe, loved and well cared for. Having cared for a diverse range of breeds, and dogs with special needs you came to the right place. I’m available all day/night. I only take 1 family’s dog/dogs at a time. I continue this work in memory of my sweet Scottie who crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 on May 24th 2025 his memory inspires me to provide the best care possible to every pet I look after. Boarding: Your dog becomes part of the family while staying in my safe, smoke free, pet friendly home which includes: Feeding on your pet’s schedule, (please provide me special bowls if needed) and detailed instructions. **To make your pet’s experience as easy and stress-free as possible, I offer pick-up and drop-off services for a small fee. House sitting: Is provided in your home (smoke free only please) due to allergies 🤧 Caring for your pets with feeding, walks, playtime and companionship. Making your home appear lived in to deter intruders. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away. **If your pet doesn’t require overnight care or you simply don’t want/need anyone overnight (totally understandable) the service would include 2 visits @30 minutes each including feeding and fresh water, short walks, playtime and companionship. A quick home check (mail, lights on) ***Puppies are accepted under certain circumstances, we can discuss them if the need arises. I provide loving care that fits seamlessly into your pets’ routines. I’m available all day, so whether your pets need morning walks, midday visits, or evening cuddles, I adjust my schedule to meet their needs. Whether I’m boarding in my home, house sitting in yours, or stopping by for drop-in visits, I make sure your pets feel loved with plenty of time dedicated to their care, they get the attention they deserve every day.

About: I have been an animal lover for life and a dog owner for two years. Before that I have been a dog sitter several times in the UK, where I am from. I have regularly cat-sit for a family, which included taking the little feline out on walks in her harness! I love doing training with my own dog, (who is steadily becoming more well behaved!) and would be happy to incorporate training into my visits with yours. I am a very active person and can play ball, run, and walk with dogs. I know the importance of mental stimulation. I am currently available most days, with the exception of Wednesdays. I am an artist and market vendor, and I am able to adjust my schedule much of the time to fit in with your needs. I am happy to walk dogs and do check-ins at your home. I am a careful and cautious person and will follow instructions given as closely as I can.

About: I have had pets my entire life and grew up on a small farm with dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, and even sometimes quail! I am currently a full-time mom of 1 human child and 3 of the four legged variety. I have cared for a variety of different dog breeds and temperament's. I’m very active and would love to get your dogs outside on walks, runs, or hikes. I have always treated our animals like part of the family and I will treat your pet with the same love, respect, and kindness that I give to my own. My rates reflect quality - but affordable - pet care. I send a lot of picture updates throughout the day in order to set your mind at ease - I know how hard it can be to leave your pet while you're away! I have a very flexible schedule since I am a stay at home mom! Just let me know your current needs and I can likely accommodate most schedules. I am currently not boarding or watching pets in my home, but I will make sure your pet is safe and comfortable in their own space. I offer to do long dog walks and play-time so that they go home tired at the end of the day!

About: I believe that pets deserve an abundance of respect and understanding, as well as optimal attention and care. In general, I tend to feel more comfortable around dogs and cats than people and treat them all with dignity, respect, and love. I have had decades of experience with a variety of pets, from blind pugs to anxious mutts to timid cats and everything in between. I believe pets must be addressed on their own level and met where they are. As a middle-aged woman with many responsibilities and experiences, I am adept at managing a wide variety of pet tasks with conscientiousness and skill. You can be confident that your dogs and cats will be in safe and loving hands with me while you are away. I am a freelance writer and work only part-time from home, so I have an abundance of time to be fully in the moment with your pets and provide them quality care, supervision, and one-on-one attention. I have a wonderful husband who loves animals and 16-year old son (who also adores animals), and a 20-year-old son studying at Chapel Hill, who helps me with the dogs in my care when he is home for the summer and on breaks. Currently, I have a wonderful, small group of regular dogs who come for daycare most days of the week. I always make sure prospective dogs are a good fit with the group to ensure safety and an optimal experience for all the dogs. We love meeting new dogs and welcome having new playmates here at "Camp Dewdog." These guys have so much fun here, romp around the yard, hide in the shrubery, zoom around the porch, and go on walks in our Montford neighborhood to see the goats and chickens down the street or to the Reed's Creek Greenway, or Hummingbird Park. There's never a dull moment here, except when the pups are sacked out on our porch swing bed or lounging in the house on the sheepskin rugs. Your pets will be cared for with the same dedication and attentiveness as with my own pets. Dogs can either roam and lounge in our large Victorian home or frolic in our lush fenced yard and porch. Montford is also a lovely neighborhood to go on walks with dogs, with lots of parks nearby, resident goats and chickens down the street at our friends' house, and Reed's Creek Greenway just around the corner.

About: I have been pet-sitting for over 5 years now, and for over 10 different families. I have experience sitting for short and long periods of time, as well as dog walking, administering medication, and sitting for puppies. I also have experience sitting for chickens! I have taken dog harnessing classes and body language while volunteering with a local shelter, and I have studied a bit through online masterclasses on dog training. I have excellent communication skills, enjoy keeping homes tidy and clean, and am well-attuned to the needs of both the pets and the owners! In the weekends I am absolutely free and I am able to house sit and dog walk. I would be available on the weekdays depending on your location and if the animals can be alone for 8 hours. In My Home: I create a calm, safe, and loving environment. I live in downtown Asheville with my friendly 5-year-old pup, and we follow a steady routine of walks, playtime, and mellow downtime. Visiting pets get the same treatment as my own — constant supervision, lots of affection, fresh water at all times, and a cozy place to relax. I keep my space clean, dog-proofed, and stress-free so every animal feels comfortable and at home. In Their Home: I follow your pet’s normal routine to keep them grounded and secure. I handle feeding, walking, potty schedules, medication (if needed), enrichment, and plenty of snuggles. I’m big on communication, so you’ll get updates and photos as often as you’d like. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and understood while you’re away — no disruption, just comfort.
