I work a very open schedule, 7-8 AM leaving 8:30AM - 1:15PM open for me to hang out with your furry friends M-F or after 8 PM for their last walk of the night. Weekends are completely flexible! My dog and I go on three walks a day, so I know the neighborhood pretty, I make sure my furry friends always walk by the grass when we walk and walk in the direction of traffic so we see the cars coming. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I am an athlete and have lots of energy to keep your pets entertained! I love getting to know a pet a little while sitting for them. I have a lot of patience and can win over even the shyest or crankiest pup or kitty!
About: Growing up, my mom took in just about everything from scaled and slithering to four legged and prancing. I walked our dogs as well as dogs in my neighborhood for a little extra cash as a kid. I work a very open schedule, 7-8 AM leaving 8:30AM - 1:15PM open for me to hang out with your furry friends M-F or after 8 PM for their last walk of the night. Weekends are completely flexible! My dog and I go on three walks a day, so I know the neighborhood pretty, I make sure my furry friends always walk by the grass when we walk and walk in the direction of traffic so we see the cars coming. Your pets will always be on a leash when they’re with me!
About: I’ve bred and raised Old English Sheepdogs in childhood and have been pet sitting and caring for dogs ever since! I have experience administering medications, and even raised a cared for a dog with epilepsy and other medical conditions. I have experience in basic dog training, and experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities. I offer multiple pet-care services and guarantee excellent care :) I work part time and have a flexible schedule. While my work load does change week to week, on weeks I have scheduled pet care services, it is my priority and my weekly focus. I have a fenced in yard, doggy-door to the yard, and a large apartment without personal-pets, but with an option to have play time with my family’s dog next door :) For care within the clients home I am happy to follow your preferred routine and can adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet’s needs. I can stay in-home for more involved care, or drop in for feedings, potty-breaks, and play time daily.
About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I'm currently without pets of my own which is rare for me, so I have an ample amount of attention and care to spare!

About: I always have loved pets! When I was growing up everyone around me wanted me to walk/care/ or watch their dog / pet Because they knew I would exceed their needs and more! When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping them comfortable by maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. I follow their feeding, medication, walking, and care instructions closely while giving them plenty of attention and companionship. I also treat every home with the same respect and care I would expect for my own, keeping things clean and secure. Most importantly, I communicate with owners throughout the stay and provide updates so they can feel confident that their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.
