I am actively training dogs with structured leash and behavior support during walks. I have raised puppies through two litters, so I understand the patience, attention and care they need at every stage. Animals have always been part of my family, loving companions and treated as such. I treat every pet I meet as I would treat my own. About: I have grown up with a family of many people and even more dogs. I have dog sat for my family and friends for the last decade. I have given daily medicine and injections to miniature pinschers, German shepherds, and Boston terriers. I have walked large dogs and small. I love sharing a bed and chair with all breeds. I love running and jogging and entertaining dogs. I am available 24 hours on the weekends. During the week I work virtually. I love having the company of dogs and cats. Walks are so much more fun with all four-legged friends! I am available after 5 pm during the week and any time on the weekends. I would love to meet your pup or kitten ahead of my first walk or drop-in visit. I will make sure that your animals are comfortable with me before approaching them in your home. I will make sure to remove my shoes and to dry your pup's feet (if you would like) before returning inside after a walk.

Originally from Chicago, from cats, to squirrels, to dogs, to hummingbirds, to bunnies, to bearded dragons, I have the heart for sending animals in need to a rescue center, and/or homing. I have a degree in general and special education and am very patient with animals and like to know everything the owner can tell me, and respect the animal. Having an antisocial pet with trauma, I respect her and love her as much as my others because she deserves it. I am very careful and take care of animals as if they were my own, just like I do with the children in my classroom.

I am currently completing an externship for school, which takes place earlier in the day. I have open availability after 2pm on weekdays and flexible availability on weekends, making it easy to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and extended care as needed. About: I’ve always loved dogs, and I took a job as a kennel attendant at a rescue, but unfortunately they closed their brick and mortar location to go back to a foster based rescue. I have gained experience working with many types of dogs. From large and small breeds, to selective dogs, to puppies, and my personal favorite, special needs and senior babies. I currently lost my job at a dog rescue due to the building closing down to focus on a foster based rescue, so my availability at this moment is open I can provide love, exercise and enrichment as well as discipline, crating, and spoiling your dog. Unfortunately I cannot have dogs in my home so I would need to come to you.

About: I have taken care of all types of animals; senior dogs, cats, puppies, dogs with disabilities,horses, cows etc. I have experience in many areas with pets! I am currently working 3 days and week at a veterinary clinic in Valparaiso. They are typically 12-13 hour days, so my services are extremely limited during that time. I am typically free to pet sit for a long weekend, drop in visits, or walks! I have stayed in many homes watching dogs before and have been trusted every time. I will make sure your animal is comfortable and loved as well as making their time with me stress free and fun! I am very big on sending update pictures and paragraphs to help ease the stress of leaving somebody in your home.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a child and owned a few so nothing really intimidates me about any dog or cat. But personally, I do love cats more. They’re just much more my personality. At the moment, I honestly do not have that much time but if I do have an open day, it’ll be on the weekends and I can move things around pretty flexibly Building trust with any living thing takes time and willingness to meet bumps in the road. About: I have taken care of dogs for many years! I have taken care of my family’s dogs and my friend’s dogs before plenty of times. As of right now in my house hold I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. I adore animals! I love to play with them and walk them! I love watching dogs and I’d love to take care of yours! I love playing with dogs and walking them! I also love meeting different dogs! I would love to care for your animals! I would make sure your dog goes out every couple hours or whenever you need me to let the out. My experience at the kennel and at PAWS means that I am aware of safety procedures and keeping an eye out for health changes.

About: Your family is my family I have a genuine love for all animals. Some call them pets I call them family!
