Week days i’m available for walks, drop-ins for potty breaks and play, and house sitting on weekends. Since this is my main source of income, I can be consistent and dependable, giving your pets the attention and routine they deserve. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. Dogs are always leashed during walks, and I adjust routes or pause if other dogs are nearby to ensure a calm, controlled experience. I’m comfortable caring for multiple pets at once, as long as they get along well. I handle pets with anxiety, aggression, or medical needs carefully, following all instructions from their parents. During drop-in visits, I take my lead from pet parents and follow any guidance provided, ensuring I leave the home exactly as I found it — doors locked, secure, and everything in order. My goal is to provide a safe, consistent, and worry-free experience for both pets and their families.

About: Hi, I'm Calysta! I'm currently a student at UNL in the fisheries and wildlife program with an emphasis in zoo animal care. To say the least, I am obsessed with all animals! I am a part-time zookeeper in Omaha this summer and have previous work experience with dogs as a Kennel Tech at a doggy day care and boarding business. I also have some volunteer dog walking experience at my local humane society. My whole life, I have had dogs and cats and have taken care of beloved pets of friends and family! I am currently a part-time zookeeper in Omaha for three days a week, 7-4 pm, but other than that, my week is completely free to spend time with your amazing furry friends in any way that you may need! From my experience as a kennel tech and my lifelong experience with pets, I am very comfortable operating any pet-related equipment, feeding, administering medication, and handling whatever else you may need me to do in your household!

I’ve done stays for families on vacations, drop ins, and everything in between. I have a very flexible schedule and am hoping to help people out! About: I’ve been obsessed with cats since I was 8. We’ve always had one or three cats running around our house. I’ve never owned a dog, but I say hello to every dog I see! If this tells you anything, when I’m at a party, I hang out with the pets when I’m getting overwhelmed with people. I am a stay at home parent with an in-home preschool. The preschool is open Tuesday-Friday mornings, and my kid has childcare Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, so those afternoons are free for me. Pets tend to love me and I’m patient with those animals that are shy. I am very excited to hang out with some cats and dogs in my free time!

About: Dogs and cats are my speciality. I have been pet sitting for quite some time. My friends, people from church, neighbors, and my family members. I am such an animal person! I will play with your furry friends while you are away seeing the world. I will make sure they have their basic needs and as well as the comfort of home. I know that their environment as well as who is taking care of them is a game changer for your furry friend! I work at a school. School is almost out. So I will be available after June 5th. I have lots of flexibility with my schedule during my summer months. During the school year, I am at school most of the day. I would be available during the evening hours after 5pm. I prefer fenced in yards. I love when pet parents have a wide range of dog toys provided to play outdoors as well as indoors.

I’ve been pet-sitting since high school—including long-term overnight stays for weeks at a time—so I know exactly how to keep a home and your fur babies safe.
