“This was my very first time using anything like Rover to help take care of my dog partner. Olivia Maximilianus lived up to, and beyond, any expectations I ever had; performing with brilliant helpfulness. Providing professional service above any idea of which that I had going into the situation of needing help feeding my four-legged relative, while I traveled. With the sonic intuition of a bat soaring through the night, she knew what I needed before I could even think of it. With the professional and timely voice of mourning dove, she was prompt and unbelievably reliable. With the cool and calm discipline of a crow crossing a wire over a field of peace lilies, bluegrasses, and dandelions, she left my home and space in a cleaner and more organised way than I had left it. And with the resilience and dedication of V-formed geese, my four-legged family was exercised and engaged in such a good way. Evidenced in her calm and content energy in my return home. Reminding me of the words from my favourite poet, Mary Oliver, in the last verse of her poem titled, October: “One morning the fox came down the hill, glittering and confident, and didn’t see me- and I thought: so this is the world. I’m not in it. It is beautiful.””

About: Hi, I'm Calysta! I'm currently a student at UNL in the fisheries and wildlife program with an emphasis in zoo animal care. To say the least, I am obsessed with all animals! I am a part-time zookeeper in Omaha this summer and have previous work experience with dogs as a Kennel Tech at a doggy day care and boarding business. I also have some volunteer dog walking experience at my local humane society. My whole life, I have had dogs and cats and have taken care of beloved pets of friends and family! I am currently a part-time zookeeper in Omaha for three days a week, 7-4 pm, but other than that, my week is completely free to spend time with your amazing furry friends in any way that you may need! About: I was in 4-h for around 7-10 years and showed horses, cattle, rabbits, cats and dogs. I lived on a farm so I am good with all sized pets. I have a deep passion for animals and personally have 2 dogs a chocolate lab and siberian husky, and 2 cats a orange tabby and grey maine coon. I am a full-time college student so my schedule is pretty open all week and the weekends besides church Sunday mornings and I work Saturday nights 5-11. About: I’ve been obsessed with cats since I was 8. We’ve always had one or three cats running around our house. I’ve never owned a dog, but I say hello to every dog I see! If this tells you anything, when I’m at a party, I hang out with the pets when I’m getting overwhelmed with people. I am a stay at home parent with an in-home preschool. The preschool is open Tuesday-Friday mornings, and my kid has childcare Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, so those afternoons are free for me. About: Dogs and cats are my speciality. I have been pet sitting for quite some time. My friends, people from church, neighbors, and my family members. I am such an animal person! I will play with your furry friends while you are away seeing the world. I will make sure they have their basic needs and as well as the comfort of home. I know that their environment as well as who is taking care of them is a game changer for your furry friend! I work at a school. School is almost out. So I will be available after June 5th. I have lots of flexibility with my schedule during my summer months. During the school year, I am at school most of the day. I would be available during the evening hours after 5pm. I prefer fenced in yards. I love when pet parents have a wide range of dog toys provided to play outdoors as well as indoors.

I’ve been pet-sitting since high school—including long-term overnight stays for weeks at a time—so I know exactly how to keep a home and your fur babies safe. I get off work anywhere from 1-4pm, it varies from day to day. I can only work afternoons to evenings. No weekends or holidays. About: I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I was 10. I’ve taken care of their personal needs such as grooming, taking them to the vet for medicine and overall watching a range of different animals from dogs, cats, birds, etc you name it. I’m currently working part time so anytime from 7am-2pm and 9pm-2am works perfectly for me! My schedule is very flexible Monday through Sunday for you! I have a fenced area with two very sweet dogs to be playmates with your dog! Plenty of room for them to run around and feel like their on a dog vacation!
