“Sylvia was just perfect! She is obviously an old hand at caring for dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my Beagle/Jack Russel mix with her for eight nights while I was out of the country on business. We did a meet and greet a few days before my trip and I instantly saw that it was going to work. Her location in central Phoenix near the Phoenix Country Club area is probably on the way to or from the airport for many. Very convenient... The one thing that impressed me the most when I dropped my little guy off at the start was how Sylvia reviewed my printed instruction sheet on feeding and meds very carefully. She asked questions and confirmed details. She also sent a nicely worded report after the first night that helped me relax about leaving him and then another report on how he was doing near the end of the trip. It was just enough to keep me informed and happy that he was doing ok. When I picked up Harvey at the end of his eight night stay, he was glad to see me, but not too glad. He seemed happy and content. And... that is the most you can ask of a sitter like Sylvia... to take care of your little loved one like he was her own... Sylvia certainly did with flying colors! Thanks again Sylvia!”

About: I’ve raised puppies, kittens, baby birds, chickens and various other animals, I’ve also had experience working on a dog farm and groomed various types of breeds. I’m available for part-time work and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am open to working Monday-Sun as long as it’s planned at least a week in advance. I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.

About: I’m the neighbors trusted ally when it comes to keeping everything safe. I can love on less than friendly animals with ease - and I’m known to triple check every gate and door I’ve touched. Your animals are safe with me. Old animas Grouchy animals Rescues Cats, dogs, pigs, rabbits, sheep, horses, donkeys, horses. I am currently working from home as I manage a construction project - a small cottage inclusive of a one acre pasture. I also have weeks where I am available in the Bay Area for daily check ins and walks as I frequent that area at times. In your home I’ll follow whatever instructions are left. At my home - I have a one acre pasture in the back of my home and a quarter acre of fenced yard in the front. In addition, I have a 30 ft Rv with a full size couch and bed for pets. There they can roam free or stay crated if that is your preference. I love animals so if you think your buddy needs me to stay in the rv with them over night, I can do that too. I typically keep clients pets separate from my own unless requested. I usually start the day by taking each pet out to run and play in the pasture for about an hour… and end it the same way. I started pet sitting after a friends pet was lost in a Brentwood boarding facilities fire. Realized I am a safer option as I am always present and don’t leave anyone alone for more than an hour or so.

About: Though I am not well versed in special needs dogs, ones with anxiety I know far to well as my Bella suffers daily. Constant love and affection would be given to ensure your fur babies feel right at home as if you’ve never left. Hello I’m Melissa a newly FT stay at home mom of 2. I homeschool during the morning and have fun by mid afternoon so adding some visitors to my day would be my pleasure! Both my Bombay cat and Deer Chihuahua were rescued. I work with many rescues in the surrounding areas to make sure all strays brought home find their forever homes. I do live in a rental so I do request that they are potty trained! Both my cat and dog are fully house broke and getting up in the night for those midnight tinkle breaks are possible since my dog is a senior and needs to go too. I hope that gives you a little insight to my life and allows you to be comfortable in choosing me as your fur babies mini vaca destination. I have a fully fenced decent size back yard with cameras for lots of room to run and get their wiggles out or just explore and sunbathe. I have a large crate if they prefer some quiet time alone just request you bring their favorite bed or blanket so they have a piece of home to comfort them.

“Sherryl is the Best! She is extremely loving and good to her dogs and my dog during her stay.. Your dog will be well taken care of there. Her house and property is perfectly set up for taking care of dogs, fences yard, doggy door to the inside of house if your dog can fit through it, if not, like my dog,(she's about 65 pounds), don't worry it didn't matter one bit because of how attentive Sherryl was during our dogs great stay with her... Highly recommend!”
