When the neighbor who was taking care of Teako while my parents were traveling for 2 weeks suddenly became unable to keep her, I was tasked with coordinating a new dog sitter (remotely as I do not live nearby). Thankfully I was able to find John who had experience with sight-impaired doggies. John was so accommodating! He drove across town to pick up Teako from the neighbor and got her settled in for the remaining 1.5 weeks. He sent regular updates to myself and my parents and when they picked Teako up, they told me she seemed happy and relaxed. THANK YOU John for saving little Teako and for being such a great human being!”

“Wendy was great. She sent me pics of him, gave me updates of the situation, and asked if there was anything else she could do to keep Almond comfortable. Wendy let me know immediately that Almond started howling in the middle of the night. I wasn't sure what was going on since he never did that at home. My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at. Wendy did follow the instructions I left and asked if there was anything more she could do. I appreciate Wendy giving Almond the extra care he needed. Thanks again..”

“We had a wonderful experience with Dominic watching our dog Coco. It was a quick overnight trip but he was able to handle our anxious dog. Coco was nervous and wasn't eating and Dominic tried several things to help calm him and make him feel better. We appreciate the communication and the ability to meet prior to watching! “Elaine took great care of our little dog Yei Bi and he was very happy when we picked him up after 11 days. We thought he might be a bit of a problem since we had him out of isolation only 2 weeks and didn't really know him that well. He did a lot of chewing while he was with her yet he did no chewing at our house. Elaine handled the problem very well. Yei Bi seemed to enjoy his visit away from home and got back into his regular routine very quickly. It was a good visit for Yei BI.”

About: I grew up with 3 cats and I’ve had a dog for about 6 years now. I moved to college and she stayed with my parents so I definitely miss having her around. I’ve taken on lots of dog-sitting jobs for family, friends, and neighbors throughout my life and it’s always been something I love. I am a student at the moment, however I only have class 2 days a week. Other than that, I work part time as well so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I live in an apartment with 3 other girls. We are all very responsible, pretty reserved, and all love dogs! There is lots of space to play as well as my own private bedroom and a big open living area. Outside there is lots of grass and areas to play and go to the bathroom as many people in my building have dogs too. It’s already doggy-proofed with nothing that they could accidentally eat or hurt themselves with.
