About: I’m a teacher currently on summer break with an open availability for the summer! Caring for children every day has made me dependable, nurturing, patient, and attentive to routines, all qualities that translate perfectly into caring for your pets like they’re my own. I have loved and taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, our home was always filled with cats, dogs, and even reptiles. I quickly became the go to neighborhood pet sitter whenever families went out of town and have spent time volunteering at animal shelters as a dog walker. This gave me wonderful experience handling dogs of all different ages, sizes, and energy levels. I adore each and every one of them! As a local teacher on summer break, I have open, flexible availability this season. I am incredibly organized, patient, and excited to give your furry family members the dedicated love, attention, and care they deserve while you are away! When caring for your pets during walks and drop in visits, my priority is giving them the exact same individualized care I give my students. I know every animal has their own unique personality, likes, dislikes, and routines. Safety is always my top focus when we are playing or out on walks, and I will follow all instructions for their food, water, and medication needs (just be open with me about whatever makes them most comfortable!). I love sending lots of updates with photos and videos so you have total peace of mind while you're away!
