About: I’m a huge animal lover and the type of person who will absolutely stop to say hi to every dog I pass. I truly love caring for animals and making them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home while their owners are away. I’ve been watching dogs and cats for years for friends, family, referrals, and people I’ve met along the way, and I genuinely enjoy every minute of it. Growing up, my family helped with dog rescues — and still do today — so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. From energetic puppies to senior pets, I love getting to know every pet’s unique personality. I work a hybrid remote schedule, which gives me a flexible routine and allows me to spend quality time with your pet throughout the day. That means more walks, more playtime, more potty breaks, more attention, and of course… plenty of belly rubs and treats (if allowed 😄). I also have experience with longer-term care and have watched pets for entire summers (up to 3 months at a time), so I understand how important consistency, patience, and trust are when caring for someone’s furry family member. My goal is always to make your pet feel like they’re on their own little vacation while you’re away and make sure they are happy, loved, comfortable, and cared for like they’re part of the family. I know leaving your pet with someone is a big deal, and I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and someone you can genuinely feel comfortable trusting with your pet. I would be so excited and grateful for the opportunity to meet you and your pet 🐶🐱. I work from home remotely a lot and am able to take full care of your pets on the weekends and most weekdays. It is a hobby/job for me because I love animals so much! I treat everyone’s pets like my own. Growing up, I had cats, dogs, horses, and every animal you could think of. I would love to have an animal now of my own, but I travel often!

“Nicole did a Great job of taking care of our 2 Dachshunds and older Lab. We took a trip to the Dry Tortugas and didn’t want to leave them in our 5th wheel for 14 hrs without a potty break. Nicole made two visits to walk and let the baby’s use the park for a stretch break. One of the girls wet the blanket in her kennel and Nicole noticed it and put it in a plastic bag outside our door. We enjoyed our trip knowing they would be safe and looked after! Thank You Nicole for taking care of our baby’s!”

I know how I want my precious Astro to be treated if I'm away and I'll live up to those high standards with your precious ones. I've recently relocated to Islamorada from Los Angeles with my dog Astro. He is a gentle soul, very playful, very well behaved and loves other animals. I am looking to care for animals full time. I wake up early and can spend the days exercising and playing. Smaller dogs can be in my home. Larger dogs will be cared for your in your home as I am not in a home with a fence yet.

About: Friends and family have relied on me to be their pet sitter for the past ten years. I work a full time job as well as a student. Extremely flexible work schedule and I live a quiet laidback lifestyle. My weekends and Friday nights are always free. I love filling my free time with physical activities so walks are great to me! Safety is my top priority, which is why I never leave pets unsupervised while outdoors, even in a fenced in yard. On walks, I am hyper vigilant about my surroundings

About: I've grew up around animals since I was born. I love them more than people. I had 2 golden retrievers I grew up with and I worked for three years at my hometown dog shelter. I'm currently free for whenever you need a sitter. If that were to change I would definitely let you know i'm time but i'm very flexible. I have a fenced in small yard and a nice house for dogs to stay at. I do not have any dog supplies but am willing to get some. I love running and long walks so high energy dogs are no problem.

About: I have always been a pup enthusiast, I grew up with a huge black lab, Luke. He was the best dog ever, I’d love to take him for walks and play! As an adult I have many dog friends, my sister has the most beautiful pit bull Sadie. I’ll go to her house when I’m in town and take the dog out, Sadie loves when I’m around!! My boyfriend’s parents have two massive Great Danes, we walk them and take care of them all the time. I just have a huge heart for all of our four legged friends. I’ve never met a dog that didn’t like me. I’m extremely responsible and cautious while walking and playing. I’m a bartender so most days I’m free and would love to spend the off time walking and caring for animals. Exercise for both of us. I am extremely responsible and reliable. Always courteous and respectful. I would care for any animal as if it were my own, and treat them and my surroundings with the upmost respect.

About: Hi there! My name is Taylor, and I recently graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Biology. I’ve been pet sitting for over 8 years, starting back in high school, and I absolutely love spending time with animals of all kinds! I have experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and training levels—including dogs, cats, and more. I am currently a summer intern at the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, where I care for sea turtles on a daily basis. While I’m unable to provide in-home boarding, I offer drop-in visits and overnight stays in your home to keep your pets comfortable in their own environment. I'm based in Surf City but happy to travel to nearby areas. I'd love the opportunity to meet your furry (or scaly!) loved ones. Looking forward to connecting with you soon! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m available for in-home stays or drop-in visits and can provide walks and care before work (around 7 AM), during lunch (around noon), and after work (around 4 PM). I also have availability throughout the evening and overnight, making it easy for me to accommodate a variety of schedules and pet needs! As a summer intern currently staying in provided housing, I'm not able to offer in-home boarding. However, I'm very comfortable caring for pets in their own homes and have extensive experience with both drop-in visits and overnight stays. I make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely and provide plenty of attention, playtime, and care to keep them happy and comfortable while you're away! It is very important to me that you are confident your pet is taken care of with no worries, so I like to send frequent updates and photos as well.
