About: Hey there! My name’s Kyle, and I’m a nursing student living here in Key Largo. I own a property with multiple units and a fenced yard/backyard. I own a small, male Shiba Inu! In general, I’ve owned and taken care of dogs since I was 10! (So just a little over 18 years as of 2025) I love dogs and haven’t gone very long without a canine companion in my life. That being said, I have plenty of first-hand experience with many dogs from volunteering, my personal life, and from informing myself whenever available. I’m very flexible and will make sure all of your and your pet pals’ needs are met. I am currently working DoorDash on the side, so I will be in/out of the house but have the ability to immediately return at a moments notice and will never be too far from the home. I am already taking care of my own dog for walks, potty breaks, etc, so most pets will be following the same routine unless requested otherwise or are young and need constant supervision. My home is large enough to care for dogs of all sizes, including a property with a fenced in yard and backyard, as well as a puppy-proof room available to house young kittens and puppies.

About: I’ve lived with animals my entire life. Even when I moved away from home for college I would fill my free time with fostering dogs and cats. I have some prior experience providing basic training to dogs and I have experience administering multiple types of medication. I’m currently working full time but will be transitioning into my PhD in the fall. Currently, I cannot house anyone in my home but I am free for very early morning and late afternoon walks and check ins! I care for your pets as if they were my pets. I can adapt to needs and am happy to give as much enrichment, love, and attention as you and your pet desire!

About: I have cared for my own and others’ pets for over 35 years—large and small dogs, different kinds of cats, birds, hamsters, bearded dragons, even fish. I have the most experience with dogs – I’ve loved and owned dogs since I was a young girl. Most recently I volunteered with and fostered dogs (& one kitten) for Detroit Dog Rescue for 8 years, which only stopped because I moved away. I have fostered and trained puppies, young to mid-age rescues, and also adjusted as my dog became a senior. I can walk your dog, have play time in a yard or a park, just have some chill time, and I can incorporate some enrichment to get them thinking and busy if you would like. I am also an expert at administering medicine with dogs and don’t mind doing this. I am also trained in Fear Free® pet care which focuses on behavior and body language with strategies to lower stress and anxiety in pets. I have vast experience with fearful and reactive dogs, owning one and fostering a few myself. My approach is patient and never pushy, letting the pet choose how they would like to interact, which could be none at all for some. I used Rover for many, many years for my pittie girl Penelope and understand the importance of clear communication, doing what the client wants, being on time, etc. I am excited to meet your pet and take care of them the way you would like. I am currently working part-time at a dive shop and have a bit of free time until we get busier. If I work, it can be any day of the week with weekends more busy than during the week. I can have a morning or afternoon shift or both. Mornings are 7am until noon and afternoons are 1115 to close to 4pm. I can travel directly to work to and from your home in the morning and afternoon. I can do drop-ins, longer stays, or overnights. I will make sure your pets are safe and secure in the yard when we are out there. I can easily crate them as well. I will do as you wish in your home.

About: I have lived with and cared for animals for as long as I can remember! I walk, bathe, feed, and play with my own family's dogs all the time; And, I have several extended family members, friends, and neighbors who have been able to count on me for dog walks, dog and/or cat sitting drop-ins, as well as overnight stays when they are away from their pets. I am hoping to work with animals in the future and am even vegan for animal rights. I assure you that you're fur baby will be in good hands with me :) *I have experience with puppies, middle-aged, and elderly doggies! I am currently home from college, for summer. About: Recently moved back to Islamorada. 6 years I used to work as a Kennel Attendant, and Groomer's Assistant. Supervising and cleaning up after dogs big and small, While I know the job can sometimes be challenging, I also know how rewarding it can be. I walk daily on my own so exercise and being active would be no problem to incorporate, I have experience working with even the biggest of dogs and letting them know who's Alpha. I am sensitive to dogs needs regarding hot pavement, and would work to do my best to keep them in shaded or softer areas for walking. Since I worked as an attendant and bather, a simple bath and brush would be easy to arrange if shampoo and towels are available and your pet feels safe having a stranger do it. I would love being able to provide that little extra to make your dog feel like a personal client and special friend. I work a rather unpredictable schedule, but often have off weekends, where I'm home almost the entirety of the day if you check with me I can best let you know if I can host your pup. I care for a very very nice dog named Finley who would love a friend to hang out with, we have an outdoor porch and a big grassy yard, and I stay close by, playing with toys between chores or cuddling while watching a movie. There are also parks around if you feel comfortable having your pup come with me on a longer walk or to socialize with others. I am looking for more even tempered dogs to host but good playful energy is welcomed if they get along with others.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs of variety breeds my whole life and have always been a softy for them. I have a dog of my own that I consider my child, literally. I’ve worked in a boarding facility for a year and now I’m pursuing a dog grooming career in hopes to keep helping dogs in any way I can. I’m currently going to school for grooming, I have class Tuesday-Thursday 1-4. Other than that I have plenty of time to help in anyway I can! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of room for play. I have 2 friendly pups who can keep your pup entertained! I also can provide solo time if needed/preferred.

About: I had the good fortune to retire early at 53. Recently moved permanently to Key Largo. I have the time to properly care for your fur baby in your home or do walks or drop in visits. I’m not doing this to make a living. I’m available because I love dogs. I treat them like they are my children. I’m extremely honest, dependable and trustworthy. I like to teach each dog something as I interact with them. I enjoy training and highly encourage play and exercise. I’ve had dogs all my life. Many different sizes and breeds. I promised to love, protect and care for every one from the first day to the last. I will do the same for your furry friend every time I care for them. I can watch any kind of dog, young, old, energetic or chill. I’m retired and my girlfriend works from home. We have the time to watch your fur baby every day without distractions. Can provide care during weekdays or weekends. We keep our puppy inside our house. Will do the same with your pup. We exercise her on walks around the neighborhood and runs in the back yard. We can exercise your pup on or off leash depending on your preference.
