Doggy Day Care in Lolo

About: I'm a wildlife biologist and grew up with pets of all kinds. I've raised puppies and kittens and cared for senior dogs and cats. Your pet will join my family, including our well-socialized dog, my husband (also a wildlife biologist), and our 2 daughters. I will personally provide the care for your pet in a safe, loving, and playful environment, a quiet space when needed, a roomy, cozy interior, and a beautiful, large fenced yard. I work from home in a part-time position and care for our family dog while kids are at school. I'm able to offer daily walks and as many mealtimes, potty breaks, and attention as your pet needs. At night, pets sleep inside in whichever arrangement is preferred for them. It can be so hard to leave a beloved pet, but worry not! I like to give pets their best life! I'm able to care for well-socialized pets and provide plenty of exercise and affection every day, and cozy resting spots where I am never far. I have a large fenced yard and 2 crates available if needed. Reactive dogs are not a good fit for my home.

About: Greetings! I've grown up with adopted dogs and have raised one from a puppy to adulthood. My entire home is open to pups (human beds and furniture), but will adhere to any rules you have in your home. My neighborhood has a lot of kids and other dogs around, as well as large common areas for running around. Can administer medication via treats or orally. Have experience working with dogs on- and off-leash, as well as in packs. Will be able to transport pups in a roomy vehicle all around town and beyond. My daily schedule is pretty flexible, and I'm open to hosting pups in my house or dropping in at the comfort of your pup's own home. Tell me all about your furry friend. Hoping I can meet you and your companion soon! I have a very sporadic work schedule, so I'm home frequently during the weekdays and weekends, and typically am only gone from the home for about 5 hours if I have to be somewhere. I'm able to accommodate frequent walk and bathroom break schedules, have experience taking multiple dogs in my car to hiking trails and other adventure areas. When I'm available to work, I'll frequently be with your pet throughout the day and overnight. While I do not have a fenced yard, I live in a quiet neighborhood with open grassy areas and safe sidewalks. Will frequently run into kids of all ages in the area, and they're very responsive to dogs of all temperaments. If in your home I'd like to know anything and everything to keep your pet safe and comfortable, if you have cameras indoors or outdoors, as well as anything else about your pet's routine.

About: Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality. I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.

I've loved and cared for many pets of my own - dogs, cats, ferrets, small animals, reptiles, birds, and fish - which has given me hands-on experience with everything from syringe feeding to crate, house, and litter box training to medical and senior care. If there are any daytime hours where I may need to be away from home, that will always be communicated clearly with owners ahead of time during scheduling. I have two small dogs and a cat of my own, so I'm very mindful about maintaining a calm environment, always paying close attention to the comfort, boundaries, and safety of each animal. My one-level home has a fully fenced backyard where pets enjoy supervised outdoor time for play, exercise, and potty breaks. Pets in my care are treated like members of the family, and because I prioritize consistent supervision and safety, I do not offer off-property pack walks during boarding stays.

I enjoy hiking after work and on the weekends, as will your pup! I have cared for high energy dogs, working dogs, and senior dogs. My home has a 7 year old English Shepherd that can play endless fetch, loves running and romping on the local trails. While you are away, I'll provide daily (sometimes hourly!) photos of your doggy having the time of their life. I can always give you an update via text or phone call during the stay as well. I work at home and have flexible hours and can be available for mid-day check-ins and walks. I'm home in the evenings as well. I love dogs and I've been watching friends' and family dogs for many years, and can't wait to watch yours! I work from home with a flexible schedule so am able to provide lots of attention and can base dog walks around the temperature to keep everyone happy and active. I take lots of breaks during the day to play and walk with my own dog. With my flexible schedule, I am able to tailor care for your pet in whatever way suits them best. I carefully monitor all dog interactions to watch for behavior and will happily follow any norms or rules you have for your pup!

I grew up with a variety of dogs and cats, primarily medium to large sized dogs and stray cats we brought in to nurture and love. In my home we have 1 dog and 1 cat who are best friends! we have 40 acres of land but none of it is fenced so we have trained our pup to stay close. our daily routine will be at least a morning and evening walk a day plus some games of chase or tag and brain games. I am a teacher at an outdoor school and a nanny so i ahve lots of flexibility in my hours! I will typically take my dog Cedar on a walk in my morning with my tea and then we will snuggle, play fetch, maybe go to the dog park and then go on another evening stroll I love all animals dearly and cannot wait to care for yours. I believe strongly in positive reinforcement, as well as being keen on each animals physical cues (body language) as to react appropriately in each moment. I am willing and able to adapt my behavior around your pet(s) to suit your training preferences. I also think that activity and mental stimulation play a huge part in a dogs behavior so I will put lots of time and energy into that

I have owned my own dogs for the last 9 years. I promise to take good care of your furry best friend and give lots of updates! I primarily work from home and have a flexible schedule most days. Especially with advanced bookings, I’m happy to work with your schedule or needs. I have a fenced yard with a 4’ fence for potty breaks or letting the dogs relax outside. It is not huge, so I normally walk my dogs daily. I can crate your dog, but also do not require that in my home.
