“Our cat has some anxiety due to health issues. I have boarded him in the past, and he refuses to eat. I thought I would try rover with a daily drop in visit. The cat did great and ate everyday and was much happier being in his own environment. Stephanie kept us updated on the visits and the cat did great. I would highly recommend Stephanie, and I will definitely book her again when needed! Thank You”

“Paige was AMAZING! She was attentive, thorough and very caring. She went above and beyond to make sure our Cat “Gunner” was safe and happy while we were away from home. Paige made sure he was still eating and drinking, using the litter box....which are all big concerns when they have a big change like this. She even noticed a small patch on his head of an old scratching injury he opened back up and brought it to our attention which shows me just how attentive she is as a person! Her love of animals can truly be seen in her work and she always provides updates with each visit (along with new photos)! Bravo Paige! We (including Gunner) look forward to seeing you again next time!”

“Since we are new to the area, it was great to find Sadie. We were able to go on our vacation with absolutely no worries. We knew our beloved Katie would be well cared for -- and she was. Sadie communicated with us on a regular basis and even sent greatly appreciated photos and videos. Sadie's love for cats, combined with her great personality and professional work ethic, make her someone we would recommend without hesitation.”

About: I have had animals my whole life. They are the most precious things to me. All of my pets have exceeded the average life span and were extremely well cared for. I promise to care for your animals as if they were my own. I am a mom of 2, a 10 year old boy and 7 year old girl. I am currently staying home with them for the summer and want a part time job doing something I love and am passionate about. I love to walk dogs, play with them, feed them, can give them medications, clean up after them, can do some grooming. I also love cats, and will play with them, give them plenty of cuddles, clean litter boxes, etc.

“Nicole always looks out for Sparkie (LOOOOOONG walks) and me (she brings in packages that get delivered). We are so thankful to have found her!”

“Willing to help out in a moments notice.”

“This my second booking with Chloe. I’m very pleased with her care of my senior dogs.”

“Ginger was amazing with our dogs and cats. Our animals loved her. We will definitely be using Ginger again.”

About: I have experience caring for all ages of dogs, several different breeds, and have even raised puppies from birth. I grew up training and raising national champion rabbit tracking and deer/blood tracking standard dachshunds. While no longer in the practice, I have three wonderful dogs of my own and adore every unique breed regardless of size or demeanor. I am currently working full time but during weekends I am available at all hours. In the coming months my hours will increase due to my children being in school during the day and very likely cutting my full time job’s hours to part time. I will treat every animal as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I will respect their space and follow directions exactly as described/dictated.

“Ciara did a great job with my boys. She communicated with me every visit and sent me the best pictures every day! Would definitely recommend and will use again!”

“Emily was super nice and helpful! Even came over to visit the dogs before the scheduled visit. She was very professional and I will definitely use her again!”

“Amazing to be able to go away and feel safe with Jonae taking care of all our animals. She was wonderful and sent photos everyday. 100% recommend.”

About: If hanging out with animals could be my career, I would be set for life. Honestly, I prefer animals to most people so me and your fur baby are going to have a great time hanging out while you are gone. I commute into downtown Columbia for work but live in Prosperity. I've never met an animal that I didn't love... I've cared for cats, dogs, rats, frogs, fish, turtles, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, chickens, ducks and other birds for many years and I enjoy all types and breeds. I volunteer with kitten rescue and have experience with advanced care such as medications, injections, IV fluids. In the past I have been efficient with communication and detail to owners when they are away because I know how difficult it can be to leave your furbaby at home and put your trust in a pet sitter. I'm willing to meet your pet at whatever level they are at... so active or elderly- I will treat them as my own! Your pets will be my priority and I will work around their schedule. I am available for morning check ins, lunch check ins, evening check ins, and overnights. We have every pet's dream yard with over an acre of property in a quiet, rural neighborhood in Prosperity SC and all the accommodations your pets could want.

About: “With over 10 years of experience caring for pets of all kinds, I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and needs to ensure your furry friends receive the best possible care. My skills include administering medication, handling special dietary requirements, providing engaging playtime, and offering plenty of affection to keep pets happy and stress-free. Whether it’s daily walks, grooming, or simply companionship, I’m committed to creating a safe and loving environment for your pets while you’re away!” Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I plan my day around timely feedings, walks, playtime, and any special needs, ensuring each pet receives personalized attention. This consistent care keeps pets happy, healthy, and strengthens our bond. When caring for pets, safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities, whether in my home or yours. In my home: I ensure a pet-friendly, secure environment with no hazardous materials or escape routes. Pets have access to clean water, cozy resting spots, and safe play areas. I maintain a consistent routine, provide supervision, and keep stress low by creating a calm and welcoming space. In your home: I respect your pet’s routine and ensure their environment remains familiar and secure. I follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, medication, or care, and maintain communication for your peace of mind. I always leave your home as clean and tidy as I found it. With my approach, pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away.

She is very good with teaching them them how to behave correctly both in the household and around other dogs. I have seen her do wonders with dogs that she cares for. They come to her house with no training at all and are well behaved dogs after spending time with Gwen. I would recommend Gwen as a caregiver to any dog. Nothing but a positive, loving dog person. ”
