“Had a wonderful experience booking Vicki to check in on my cat while I was away for Thanksgiving! She was prompt in her responses, flexible with scheduling, and sent me lots of photos and updates every time she came over. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that my cat was well taken care of while I was away; Vicki had a very gentle and calm demeanor when my cat and I initially met her as well, so I knew my sweet pet would be in great hands. She also checked my mail for me and left it in my apartment for when I returned which was a very nice touch.”

“Emily was absolutely wonderful! My 11 year old cat was snuggling with her when she visited. Emily took great care of my baby and sent me photos and videos of her when I was traveling. I highly recommend Emily and will definitely reach out to her next time we go away!”

“Sarah went above and beyond for Henry and I couldn’t be happier. She took such good care of him, gave him lots of love, play time and kept him (and I) extra happy by cleaning his litter box and water bowl every day. Sarah will definitely be the first person I reach out to any time I need a pet sitter.”

“Melissa was wonderful. This is the first time we’ve ever had a pet sitter in our home and it went so smoothly! Melissa sent photos & detailed updates; she is great with communication. The girls loved her! Thank you for making it possible for us to go away for our family event.”

“Alexandra was great to our two fur babies. She came to meet them in advance and they already seemed to like her. She was able to give one of our cats his medications each time she came, she played with them, and she gave them lots of love. She was also very prompt in her communication and provided lots of pictures each time.”

“Shana is great!!! This was my first time using Rover and I’m so glad I connected with Shana right away. She was responsive, always polite and kind, reached out with questions in a responsible and timely manner, followed instructions to a T. I decided to go with a professional cat sitter this trip because one of my cats is 20 years old, needs medicine and special attention twice a day, and he can also make quite a mess sometimes. Shana immediately put me at ease when she came for her a meet and greet before I left, and gave me detailed reports with lots of good photos at every visit, which really helped me stay relaxed all weekend and actually enjoy my vacation. And my cats were calm and cool when I got home instead of frazzled and upset as they have been in the past when I’ve returned home. A win all around. I highly recommend Shana!”

“Kayla has been the absolute best cat sitter I could’ve asked for!! My cat is generally very shy with new people but with Kayla’s warmth and friendliness she opened up right away and loved playing with her :) Kayla is super responsive and absolutely would book with her again!”

“Melissa did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Lucy!! She was communicative, sent lots of photos, and Lucy seemed very happy. When I returned my apartment exactly as I left it and she took great care of my plants too. I would absolutely recommend :)”

“Tatiana is the BEST catsitter we've ever had! She's so sweet and kind, sends the best pics and videos, and makes me feel absolutely at ease to leave my kitties in her capable hands. Both my cats love her, even my shy guy who usually hides from strangers. Thanks for everything Tatiana, you're a superstar 💖”

“Sebastian took wonderful care of my ornery old cat while I was in Japan. She communicated on a daily basis, was very responsible, honest , and caring. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.”

“Hila took excellent care of my two cats while we were away for an entire week. We really appreciated all the updates and she even sent photos daily. I felt completely comfortable having Hila drop by once a day and spend time caring for our cats while we were away. She’s very friendly, dependable and great with animals. I’ll definitely be back to Hila next time!”

“Jacqueline was great. She stopped by to meet us and our two cats before her first visit, and she connected with the kitties immediately. Our little Filbert requires two meds mixed in his food twice daily, which didn't faze Jacqueline at all. She visited in the morning and evening to feed and play with the cats, and she shared good notes and cute photos. Very reassuring! We will be happy to use Jacqueline again.”

“Cipriana is hands down the best! I know I can always count on her to take care of the details for my kitty & to show some extra love when we are away. I cant think of anyone I would recommend more! Thank you, Cipriana.”

About: I have years of experience caring for cats, dogs and rabbits. I have cared for older dogs with diabetes who require a daily shot and given extra play time to younger cats and dogs who need to use up their energy. I can provide care for multiple animals in one home and adjust to each pet’s personal needs. As a cat owner myself, I am sensitive to each cat’s personality and unique nature. I have given oral medication to cats who need treatment and always interact with them on their terms. I am happy to discuss your pet’s personal needs in order to keep them comfortable and happy. I love spending time outside. I often go for walks and hikes and love taking dogs along with me. Reach out with your pet’s needs and we can work something out. I make sure to follow the routines that your pet is comfortable with in their home. I always aim to be sensitive to your pets needs, body language and comfort level.

About: I didn’t get to experience the joy of growing up with dogs or cats but as soon as I was able I began taking in fosters from the NYC shelter system. It was quite a learning experience spending time with many dogs (and a few cats) of all different types and personalities. I no longer foster but I bring the experience and dedication from working with so many shelter pets to caring for your furry family members. And as a pet parent now myself I have been through many sitters so I understand what makes a good one! A note on boarding and meet and greets: I’m happy to have boarding candidates come by to meet me and check out the space but I do not do meet and greets with my own dogs. My dogs are dog friendly but they are too chaotic and excitable to meet new dogs and owners right away. New dogs are kept separate at first and introduced at their own pace when everyone is calm. This minimizes stress for everyone and allows for better interactions. I currently work out of the house Monday/Wednesday/Friday but my schedule is somewhat flexible. The rest of the week I work at home and I am often available all weekend. Dogs in my home have access to a securely fenced large yard for running and fetch, as well as a quiet neighborhood for walks. If the weather is warm dogs have access to a dog door so they may go outside as they please. If your dog likes to play with other dogs mine will certainly be happy to accommodate but they can also have separate spaces if quiet time is needed. In your home I will make every effort to keep your pets schedule as familiar as possible while offering lots of love and stimulation. As someone who has had many sitters come through and stay at my house I understand the importance of trust and cleanliness so you can be away without worry.

About: Love talking to animals and figuring out their language. Sometimes it’s a way a cat rubs against you or a dog smells your feet love I have weekends open enough I could spend a night w a furry little person or a flexible work week to check in on a loved furry or scaly friend for water food and petting. I am a gardener biker and outdoor person rain or shine so a long walk in a rail trail fits in my schedule When watching my clients chickens outside I checked on their hen house and cleaned it out put in new hay and make sure they got food and water twice a day but at least one free range walk

About: I specialize in attentive, stress-free cat care, with a deep understanding of feline behavior and needs. I’ve also cared for dogs and know how to ensure they feel safe, seen, and comfortable. My calm presence and attention to detail set me apart when it comes to compassionate, reliable pet care. My schedule allows for catering to all of a pet's needs: feeding, grooming, walking, playing and enrichment, medication administration, etc. I can also do multiple drop-ins per day/extended drop-ins for pets that need company throughout the day. I live in an apartment complex, so I would not be able to host your pet in my home, but I have reliable transportation and would love to come to you!
