Kristie did an awesome job watching my two dogs while I was on vacation. This was the first time anyone but a family member watched my dogs. They take a while to warm up to people that they don't know but Kristie was very patient and won them over. She kept me up to date with text messages and photos. Elaine was fantastic. She not only managed to watch our house and pup, Mina, on short notice, but it was also during a holiday weekend. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
