Our pup has a lot of energy, and she always got creative with ways to give him mental stimulation and exercise — even if it was storming and he couldn’t go outside. She even offered to stay a little longer during visits to keep him company and make sure he was okay when he started having some tummy issues. Bailey is a very responsible, pet loving sitter who really impressed me with all she had done for my cats. I have a cat with a nervous stomach, so much so that when I'm gone for a few days, he almost always gets sick... she noticed the mess and actually cleaned it up! Not many sitters will do that extra chore and I just thought that was very kind of her. She also accepted the job at the very last minute. I had booked with a different sitter a couple of weeks before my vacation and she texted me the day before i was set to leave, explaining that she had no way of getting to my house to pet sit for me. So, all in all, Bailey was there for me when I really needed her and my cats warmed up to her pretty quickly. I'm extremely happy with all that Bailey has done for me and I hope to be able to book with her again, she's great!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
