About: I raise lovable, friendly Aussies here on my farm. I train my dogs to protect the chickens, ducks and honeybees. Your pet will be exclusively cared for inside my home as the special guest with every need met. Your pet may not want to go home after all this love and attention =). I work, farm, school and play from home and am here 90% of the time. My 46 acre farm feels like a magical place that flows with fresh spring water and honey as we are a honeybee sanctuary. I allow your pet to roam free within my home during the day. I prefer them in a crate at nighttime but I am only in the next room close by. They will be taken out every 2 hours or so on a leash. My Aussies are extremely friendly, working farm dogs and love to meet our visitors when they go out to potty or play. Your pet will also have the opportunity to meet other farm animals and get comfortable with them if they would like. I have about a mile of trails around my farm and I walk daily. If your dog is allowed on the trails and in my creeks, I ask that you purchase the bath as well so they go home super clean.

“Alexis took great care of our doggie for the day when we were traveling to Lynchburg for graduation ceremonies. Alexis was super easy to work with, reliable, and she responded to communication quickly. She has a very professional and kind demeanor, and we were completely comfortable leaving our doggie with her, even with no previous meeting. We were able to enjoy our celebration while our Misty was well cared for. We will definitely book Alexis again if we are ever in the Lynchburg area.”

About: I've taken care of our family dog Ginger with my wife for the last 10 years. She is a very energetic mix of a Boxer and a Labrador so I am very comfortable with dogs that might be jumpy, playful, or what some might consider rough. I work from home so I can usually pop in for quick visit at all times of the day and longer stays can happen after five p.m. and any time on the weekends. I am not offering boarding at this moment but I look forward to the possibility in the future when we move into a bigger space.

About: I am an animal lover that will care for your pets like they were my own fur babies.Lots of experience with all size dogs ,cats and even rabbits I can care for your pets, day or night. I am available for boarding on most weekends .Wake up with a nice walk and then eat breakfast followed by playtime. I do tey any walk every 3 to 4 hours or as needed My yard is not fenced in but I have 3 acers of land .Plenty of room for walking and no traffic around. I don't mind doing baths

“Sissy was a very happy dog on her day with MaryBeth! I really appreciated her flexibility with watching Sissy during the process of buying and moving into our new home. Sissy enjoyed playing with MaryBeth’s dog; the whole day was a very positive experience! I will definitely seek care for Sissy again with MaryBeth!”

“Thankful to have found such a great pet sitter to watch my puppy for the day! I knew my pup Arlo was in good hands and he would have a great time. The cute pictures throughout the day were a bonus. It’s so nice to have a reliable, responsible pet sitter who clearly loves and cares about dogs. Thanks, Kaylee!”

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life, whether they be cats, dogs, horses, rabbits or others. My mother ran a no-kill animal shelter near our house called Friends of Homeless Animas (FOHA) for over 20 years, where I was first introduced to taking care of animals. Since I was a baby, my family and I have fostered numerous animals, cats, kittens, dogs and puppies of all different ages, sizes and breeds. This has made me very comfortable with caring for any kind of dog, and showed me the kind of responsibility and care one is tasked with when caring for an animal. I have lots of experience with boarding as I adopt out a lot of the foster dogs I care for, and their owners come to me first when needing to board their dog, as they know and trust me and prefer a real person than a kennel.

About: I have 23 years of experience exercising, socializing, and caring for all dog breeds! I have developed a keen understanding of dog behavior and communication that makes our boarding experience more enjoyable for dogs. Check out my Happy Hound K9 Social Club’s google reviews to hear what people think of us. I do dog daycare and boarding full time. My life is built around the dog business. I am flexible for meet and greets, and boarding drop-off and pick up times. I have a 2 acre, fenced-in dog park with a natural log agility area, a sand circle for wrestling, and large fields for running. I also have a large, fenced-in yard around our house that is used for our canine guests. Dogs stay overnight in our house and are always supervised.

“Brian Reisz’s Happy Hound K9 Social Club is one of the best boarding places I’ve used for my dogs. We are very particular who watches our pups. Our pups loved them and when we went to pick them up they were so tired which I LOVED!! They also kept us updated everyday with how are pups were doing and even sent some photos! They were also very flexible when we could drop and pickup our pups which was very helpful for us! I would recommend Happy Hound K9 Social Club to anyone who needs to board their dogs! - Kaitlyn C”
