I will be home daily so lots of cuddle and play time. My yard is not fenced but we do live out in the country and have a big yard. I do have 3 children one who is in school and a three year old and one year old. I am currently a stay at home mom So I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I have two acres at my house, it’s not fenced in but I have gps fence collars. I have access to a large farm and river frontage where your dog can be thoroughly exercised with permission. Terms negotiable. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. :) The pets are taken care of before anything else. They will be let out, fed their breakfast, and exercised first thing in the morning. They will be let out or walked every 4 hours or less. I will either leash walk your pet or I do have a gps fence e collar available. My dogs are very friendly and playful. They get along with all dogs from teeny pocket beagles to huge hounds and everything in between.

About: I have 1 of my own dogs who lives with me. But I also have experience with a total of 4 dogs as my parents have 3. All are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am comfortable with all medium and small size dogs. I do request that they are house trained. I like to take dogs on walks but if they are smaller it is okay if they are not perfect at walking on a leash. I can even help work with them on that. I currently work a normal day job during the week. But I work remote, that means that the dogs would not be alone at all during the day. They would have someone to care for them, take them out and feed them if necessary. Every day it is not raining, I do go on a 1 mile walk with my dog on my lunch so that they get good exercise. HOUSE SITTING: I can work remote from your house providing care all day. However, my dog Charlie would also have to come with me. If this is something that you do not feel comfortable with, I can offer drop in help instead. I have 1 of my own dogs (Charlie) who lives with me full time. My apartment is fully equipped for a dog to be here safely. I have a balcony where the dogs can spend time enjoying the fresh air. My dog gets along with all other dogs and is very friendly as he used to go to daycare with many other dogs. I have the ability to walk the dogs, get them fresh air and exercise. I also have dog toys and bones available for them to use. Dogs are allowed in all areas of my place. Including the couch, dog beds and human beds. Allowing them to be where they feel the most comfortable.

When caring for your pet I will: - Give adequate potty breaks throughout the day. - Follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. -Keep litter boxes, food bowls, and water bowls clean. -Take your dog on walks (if requested). - Send regular photo and video updates so you know how your pet is doing. -Treat your home with respect by keeping it clean, locking doors and windows, bringing in packages if requested, and following any household instructions you leave. -Most importantly, make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable until you return home!

She sent updates at all the right times during our trip when we needed them at times we were missing our fur family. My dog was a rescue and can be easily intimidated, which makes her a little edgy, but she was given the space and love she needed, and seemed to thrive at their home. She sent photo updates and kept me in the loop the whole time, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the trip I was on. When I got back, my dog didn’t even seem like she was anywhere but home. “Katie was more than amazing! I have left our Doberman, Roxy, at various kennels, and other Rover sitters, but Roxy would seem anxious or would get sick after I picked her up from those places. Not with Katie! I felt that our furry friend was with family. It was clear that our naturally anxious dog has made a friend. She seemed happy and content and although she was excited to see me, she was not anxious or rushing to leave Katie's place. “Trooper watched our 116lb dog for 4 nights while we got married and we (and our pup) had the most incredible experience! From the first communication to drop off, Trooper made us feel extremely comfortable and we knew our dog would be in good hands. Our dog is epileptic and requires pills multiple times a day. With Trooper’s knowledge and experience, we knew he would be well taken care of should he have an episode. Trooper gave us regular updates, so we knew how things were going. When we picked him up, he was in such good spirits that he didn’t want to leave - he even ran back up to Trooper to be pet. About: Hello, I am excited to meet you and your pup. I have worked professionally in clinic and in behavior for the last 21 years. I am a positive reinforcement based trainer for Good Pup. I have 3 personal fur babies and I foster with Save Rocky The Great Dane Rescue. I am currently working part time time so I have time in my schedule to devote to your fur kids. I have a doggie door for the emergency potties and I enjoy training so that can be part of the routine. I have a fenced in yard and I am able to provide mental enrichment as well as physical walks/Sniffari adventures and I have personal pups to keeps your busy! I have the ability to crate and even do drop bys at your house if needed.
About: I grew up in a home that had many different kinds of pets- from pups to kitties, to rabbits & guineas! I love being able to give them the love that I would give my own. I have a golden girl of my own now that is my best friend, and I hope to share that love to your fur babies. I am currently working part-time only, so I have the ability to care for your babies around that schedule and what works best for you! My golden girl can be kept in her own space at home, so that I am able to provide a safe space for yours, if needed. She is free to roam when I am home, and is also very comfortable around other animals.
