“This was the first time Luka stayed with Genevieve and her son Alex. It was an overnighter! It was the first time in a long time that Luka was away overnight. While Luka showed some signs of anxiety i believe Genevieve and Alex handled it with the utmost of compassion. They are really focused on the pets they care for. At pick up time Luka was still very attentive to both of them and showing signs of affection in her own ways. When she got home, she was very calm and right back into her routine. I have nothing but positive feelings about her stay and care. Also very important, Genevieve communicates well with owners which is very helpful in knowing how things are going. “Heather and Matt were absolutely incredible with Charlie during our 10 days away. We had met with another sitter before them and it just didn’t feel right, but from our very first meet and greet with Heather and Matt, we immediately knew they were the perfect fit. We felt confident leaving Charlie in their care. They treated him like part of their family and truly loved him. Their communication was exceptional—we received regular updates and lots of photos, which gave us such peace of mind. This was especially important to us as Charlie had recently had surgery to remove a lump on his back and still had stitches. They followed all instructions perfectly and were so attentive and caring. Charlie is also very spoiled and loves being cozy with his blankets, and they went above and beyond by setting up his bed near the fireplace to keep him warm! We felt completely at ease the entire time and were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay. We cannot recommend Heather and Matt highly enough.”
